I took my 2024 BMW X3 to Manchester Auto Glass to get the windshield replaced, due to a crack from a stone chip. I took it there because of the excellent experience I had there a few years ago with a sunroof replacement on a different car. They came through again! What a great team of professionals. I wanted to be sure to use OEM factory glass because of all the electronic sensors attached to the glass, and Belinda not only assured me that that's all they would use, but she was instrumental in getting my insurance company to approve the (more expensive) factory glass, explaining to the claims adjuster why it was necessary. Very honest and friendly shop! Was a bit nervous having my bmw windshield replaced here because of the HUD and other sensors that need to be calibrated in order to work correctly. That said, they did an awesome job and everything still works perfect! I did end up going with the OEM replacement windshield that they directly ordered from bmw but saved me about $500 in labor compared to having it replaced at bmw (quoted me me 7 hours in labor) and Manchester auto glass did it in under 3! Despite the name, this company replaces more that auto glass. They replaced my window screen that is exposed to ocean storms and had been replaced numerous times at another business but still tore after a few months. Manchester Auto glass replaced it with a more durable material that has worked very well. Very pleased with the results. Excellent service; friendly, efficient office personnel. read more

I needed to have the windshield in my BMW replaced and originally booked Safelite but after reading the reviews I got nervous and cancelled. I called Manchester Auto Glass and within a few days they got my windshield in stock and installed. Unfortunately the aftermarket windshield didn't work for my heads up display even though the windshield company said it would. THIS WAS NOT ON MANCHESTER AUTO GLASS!! Right when I called them to let them know they were so professional and nice and let me know we had to get one from BMW and would swap it out once the new one came in. I really can't say enough how amazing the customer service was and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to call them if they need any glass service. I will make sure I only call them if I have any glass needs in the future. A+ company in my book :) Great company to work with! read more

Absolutely terrible. They were nice but idiots. They left 2 inches of foam insulating crap sticking out of my windshield and to top it off they broke my automatic car starter and tried to fix it with electrical tape!!!! Now they don't have the decency to call me back about it. I will never do business here again. Very dissapointed. read more
