There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. A few weeks ago I tried to use these funds towards my service as I had accumulated several hundred dollars. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared. I went to go get my nails done week ago exactly. When i called, they told me the nails are 45$…read more Online, it says a full acrylic set was 30$. I went in, sat down and told them what I wanted. Everything was fine at first, the lady i got was super rough and nicked me multiple times chasing my cuticles to bleed badly. I have scabs where she nicked me with the drill and my cuticles started burning. She didn't put a base color on my french tips. My nails are clear and you can see my real nails underneath. The pain job felt rushed and does not look great. My nails are not straight and kind of bumpy from not filing my square nails enough. My nails do not grow fast at all. I normally have acrylics on for a month and a half. My nails look fully grown out because she didn't apply to my cuticle and some of my nails are not even covered fully by the acrylic. It looks horrible. I would like to have my nails redone. I'm very upset!
