Dispatch and the drivers were all friendly and prompt. If I had to nitpick, my trip back from Midway was annoying due to another passenger who would not STFU. Seriously this dude talked loudly non stop. He was elderly so I cut him some slack, but damn - I wanted to stab myself in the eye it was so annoying. I wanted the driver to do something about it, not sure what she could have done about it, but seriously this guy talked nonstop the whole trip (and the breathe was terrible, gag inducing)

As our plans evolved we had to call them to change some of the details at least 3x, and every time they understood and were willing to work with us and our needs. The driver that was assigned to our event was very professional and understanding when, despite our best efforts, everything didn't go off as planned. Act II came to us highly recommended and I see why. Thank you guys for making our special day much easier.

I purchased a ticket from Peoria for a trip from ORD to ISR on June 8, 12:30. My flight arrived…read moreearlier (scheduled for 10:15 but arrived at 10:00). I went to the bus terminal on 10:20 and the driver told me that I needed to pay $20 transfer fee. There were plenty of available seats on the bus so I called Peoria customer service. They told me that it was too late to transfer through them so I had to pay the $20 fee to the driver. I rode on Peoria twice before and remember seeing people with tickets on a different time board on buses. My bus from ISR to ORD was delayed for almost an hour -- after driving 30 minutes, the driver drove us back and asked us to switch to another bus. Luckily I did not miss my flight but Peoria did not offer monetary compensation for their delay. My experience shows that Peoria cares little about their customers.
