Even though it was only two guys and not three that went up on my roof, they did a great job on cleaning out the gutters and scraping the moss and dirt off of it. It was easy to schedule, and they were priced very reasonably for the services provided. I received pictures from Raj of the roof from every angle before the treatment, as well as pictures after to show how clean and thorough the work was. I had a great experience with these guys. They responded super fast response with an estimate, costs were in-line with other firms, and they scheduled work quickly. They arrived exactly on-time and thoroughly cleaned our roof and gutters that had been neglected for years (there was literally a small tree growing out of one of the gutters!) Once finished they tidied up everything nicely, sent detailed before/after pics, and offered convenient online payment at exactly the cost they estimated. We reached out for gutter cleaning through Yelp and they were responsive and available. It was our first gutter cleaning in our new house after my husband did the lower roof by himself and we had 2 weeks of rain and wind. They cleared out the pine needles on our roof in addition to clearing the gutters, and was also more cost efficient than other companies we reached out to. They use long handled scrubbers to get the moss off and then scoop it up into bags for disposal. No water and no mess. Left everything very clean. Will definitely use them again. read more

Raj and his team did awesome work. Cleared our roof and gutters of all moss and debris in one afternoon. The before and after pictures tell the whole story. I had no idea how much moss was actually up there! They had to reschedule the original service date because of the intense heat wave earlier in the week, which I respect because it means they care about their employees. It would have been unsafe to make people work on a roof in 95 degree heat! They communicated clearly, rescheduled for a few days later, and did the job flawlessly. Would definitely hire them again. read more

I like to use these guys because I love to support small businesses. They did a great job cleaning my roof and gutters. I bought my home two years ago and it was built 5 years ago and they definitely never got it cleaned before. I had a really bad amount of moss and debris from the surrounding forest of trees above my home. Communication with them could be improved and more formalized but that's just my general expectation and did not reflect their quality of service. There were two guys instead of three and so they were pretty efficient. Wished that they took some of the debris with them to dispose though. read more

They took a couple days to respond to the initial request, which is fine. They did a good job at cleaning out the gutters and providing before and after pictures but they left a nasty mess on the underside of the gutters and on my holiday lawn ornaments. I got three quotes and they were all for $250, which is what 3 Guys on a Roof ended up charging, before tax. read more

Excellent communication with Sahil throughout the whole process, from getting a quote to making the appointment then wrapping up the project by sharing before and after photos. Their prices are very reasonable - we got our gutters cleaned and added moss treatment for the roof. They didn't come at the scheduled time but let us know when they were on their way, about an hour later. Wasn't too inconvenient since we were sitting at home anyway. read more

Hired 3 guys to clean the gutters on our 2 story duplex. I found them on Yelp and they were the quickest to respond and send me a quote. Due to having renters I needed to give plenty of notice to let the renters know 3Guys would be coming. Well, 3 Guys did just that! We scheduled out 2 weeks and they showed up and even though it took them longer to clean due to ice in the gutters the invoice came in at the quoted price! Very happy. Got a no-nonsense quote from them for gutter cleaning on yelp and set a time and date for the work. The guys are responsive and arrived as scheduled. They recommended putting moss treatment on the roof during the job, which we agreed to. We waited till after a few downpours to leave this review. It seems that the guys did a fine job, and the rain is no longer pouring over the gutter. If I have to nitpick, the guys were not wearing mask when they arrived, but we did maintain quite a distance and they didn't need to come in anyhow for this work. So I'd recommend them and would have them come back next year. read more

If you need gutter cleaning or roof cleaning, stop here. No joke! They are not only super easy to work with, they respond quickly/communicate and are very fairly priced. Shortly after they came over I noticed one of my downspouts was spewing water in a massive downpour and I called them. They came out checked it out and made sure nothing was missed. Who does that these days? I am not easily impressed but I am truly impressed by them. Give them business, you will be pleased. read more

TLDR: do not hire for anything other than spot repairs for leaking roofs…read more So we hired this company to repair a leak coming down in our garage. Sales person came out for review to make an assessment on what would be involved. In the conversation they offered to clean the roof, I told them there's a lot of moss up there and they said they could easily do that. Oh they cleaned something, just not the whole roof. They got the entire north side of my house covered in caked on globs of dirt. This included everything around there like my A/C exterior fan unit, my trash bins, my shed, my storage lockers and my deck boxes. They left a hose, my hose, on the roof and running all night long until my wife spotted it the next morning. My front hose was also used, I know this because instant of rolling it back up using the roll they just left it all piled up at the corner of my house. Now told them about this, and the person who responds just always says they'll get in touch with their "experts" and let me know. Eventually they came back to finish cleaning the roof and clean up the mess on the side of the house. They came and went then I got home and checked, looked like they took about two seconds to clean some of the side but ran off to their next project. It was in no way clean or even in the condition it was in prior to their work. As for the roof being cleaned and moss control applied, I can't get all the way up on the 2nd floor roof to know but my HVAC company came out to do some other work related to "Smokey cedar smell in air ducts, & they climbed up to the 2x!: floor and took photos. There was no moss control applied on the 2nd floor roof and miss was growing everywhere on the west back side, yes this was the very next day after M&H came. Cleaning and moss control were services we agreed M&H would do.m, but they clearly didn't yet still charged me for it. Oh and that donkey cedar smell? Sawdust in the HVAC exhaust line from roof & vent repairs. So basically the roofing company offered a series of services they never fully executed. I had to hire a different company to complete the gutter work and re-clean the lower & upper roofs and apply moss control up on the 2nd roof. Then I had to clean out my HVAC vents, and I had to wash and scrub the exterior of my house. How are they still in business is beyond me.

What was different? The quote had attention to every detail and included higher quality materials, better design and superior workmanship. Also the quality of the service was exceptional- communication with the team and among the team was flawless. Our roof was mainly asphalt with a PVC section and needed plywood to be added on top of the old ship lap. It also needed venting - which can be tricky- especially providing intakes on a 1940s house. All this was included in the quote. They had no problem adding 2 skylights with no upcharge-save the cost of the skylights themselves. The team is up to date and educated on the latest advances and details of techniques. I am so thankful to have found Three Tree. I have worked with contractors extensively on two old properties over 20 years, and Three Tree was probably the best. Prior to hiring them I talked with my former roofer - who now only does very high end work(John Michael Roofing). He has seen many roofs and said Three Tree does good quality work. He also advised me to beware in hiring a roofer as there are many pitfalls. With that advice I proceeded with more caution than I would have otherwise!

We got a roof replacement quote from one company with the cheapest option being $22,000. We wanted multiple quotes so, after looking at Yelp reviews, we contacted Cornerstone Roofing. Mike (from Cornerstone) came today to give us a quote. After getting up on the roof, he came down and let us know that our roof looks great and does not need to be replaced. He explained what materials he saw that showed it was a newer roof and listed all the features that were put in when it was replaced. He gave us the name of the shingle company and let us know we probably still had a warranty through them. He even followed up after he came, saying he looked up satellite images and the roof was probably replaced in 2016/2017. I had already contacted the shingle company to ask about the warranty and, Mike was right, the roof had been replaced in 2016. We now have a warranty we can use if an issue with our roof comes up and we know that we do not need to replace our roof for many years. Mike saved us a minimum of $22,000. I can't speak to the quality of Cornerstone Roofing's work (only because we didn't end up needing it) but I can speak to the honesty, integrity and knowledge of their employees.

Seattle Suds responded to my request for a quote same day and we were able to schedule a visit so I could walk them through the work to build out the quote. While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us.
