Even though it was only two guys and not three that went up on my roof, they did a great job on cleaning out the gutters and scraping the moss and dirt off of it. It was easy to schedule, and they were priced very reasonably for the services provided. I received pictures from Raj of the roof from every angle before the treatment, as well as pictures after to show how clean and thorough the work was. I had a great experience with these guys. They responded super fast response with an estimate, costs were in-line with other firms, and they scheduled work quickly. They arrived exactly on-time and thoroughly cleaned our roof and gutters that had been neglected for years (there was literally a small tree growing out of one of the gutters!) Once finished they tidied up everything nicely, sent detailed before/after pics, and offered convenient online payment at exactly the cost they estimated. We reached out for gutter cleaning through Yelp and they were responsive and available. It was our first gutter cleaning in our new house after my husband did the lower roof by himself and we had 2 weeks of rain and wind. They cleared out the pine needles on our roof in addition to clearing the gutters, and was also more cost efficient than other companies we reached out to. 3-Guys on a Roof were great. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to make time to work us in quickly. They did a terrific job cleaning our roof and clearing out our gutters which we badly clogged. They did it quickly and efficiently and even took pictures to show me the end result since I could not be there to see for myself. Their price was resonable and competitive. 3 Guys On A Roof did an amazing job de-mossing our roof and cleaning gutters. They literally are "3 guys" who work fast and charge a good rate. They use long handled scrubbers to get the moss off and then scoop it up into bags for disposal. No water and no mess. Left everything very clean. Will definitely use them again. read more

I like to use these guys because I love to support small businesses. They did a great job cleaning my roof and gutters. I bought my home two years ago and it was built 5 years ago and they definitely never got it cleaned before. I had a really bad amount of moss and debris from the surrounding forest of trees above my home. Communication with them could be improved and more formalized but that's just my general expectation and did not reflect their quality of service. There were two guys instead of three and so they were pretty efficient. Wished that they took some of the debris with them to dispose though. read more

Raj and his team did awesome work. Cleared our roof and gutters of all moss and debris in one afternoon. The before and after pictures tell the whole story. I had no idea how much moss was actually up there! They had to reschedule the original service date because of the intense heat wave earlier in the week, which I respect because it means they care about their employees. It would have been unsafe to make people work on a roof in 95 degree heat! They communicated clearly, rescheduled for a few days later, and did the job flawlessly. They took a couple days to respond to the initial request, which is fine. They did a good job at cleaning out the gutters and providing before and after pictures but they left a nasty mess on the underside of the gutters and on my holiday lawn ornaments. I got three quotes and they were all for $250, which is what 3 Guys on a Roof ended up charging, before tax. read more

Excellent communication with Sahil throughout the whole process, from getting a quote to making the appointment then wrapping up the project by sharing before and after photos. Their prices are very reasonable - we got our gutters cleaned and added moss treatment for the roof. They didn't come at the scheduled time but let us know when they were on their way, about an hour later. Wasn't too inconvenient since we were sitting at home anyway. read more

Hired 3 guys to clean the gutters on our 2 story duplex. I found them on Yelp and they were the quickest to respond and send me a quote. Due to having renters I needed to give plenty of notice to let the renters know 3Guys would be coming. Well, 3 Guys did just that! We scheduled out 2 weeks and they showed up and even though it took them longer to clean due to ice in the gutters the invoice came in at the quoted price! Very happy. Got a no-nonsense quote from them for gutter cleaning on yelp and set a time and date for the work. The guys are responsive and arrived as scheduled. They recommended putting moss treatment on the roof during the job, which we agreed to. We waited till after a few downpours to leave this review. It seems that the guys did a fine job, and the rain is no longer pouring over the gutter. If I have to nitpick, the guys were not wearing mask when they arrived, but we did maintain quite a distance and they didn't need to come in anyhow for this work. So I'd recommend them and would have them come back next year. read more

If you need gutter cleaning or roof cleaning, stop here. No joke! They are not only super easy to work with, they respond quickly/communicate and are very fairly priced. Shortly after they came over I noticed one of my downspouts was spewing water in a massive downpour and I called them. They came out checked it out and made sure nothing was missed. Who does that these days? I am not easily impressed but I am truly impressed by them. Give them business, you will be pleased. read more

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us. Highly recommended for the straightforward experience in setting up the job, the job itself, and I was able to pay with Apple Pay as the method which is as easy as it gets.

We were lucky that he had an opening the next day. He pressure washed our 2 large Azek decks on gentle as he knew the product well. They look fantastic. Brian also pressure washed our landing bricks. I have never seen them look so good, like new! He is very professional and knowledgeable. It was worse the extra cost, as we have had 2 bad experiences before that actually cost us thousands more to fix from people who don't know what they are doing. He is worth every penny and more! Super nice guy too! We have already recommended to our neighbors. Highly recommend if you need your siding cleaned before painting.
