That is until I saw the magnitude of what they can create. Everything from wedding, gag, children's birthday cakes - you name it they have it. They were able to create a mock up of the design I had in my head! As for the cake tasting itself. I brought along my husband and good friend. My husband's mother was a baker for years he is very finicky when it comes to cake and he was impressed! We tasted white, chocolate and lemon cake. They sent us home with a sample of Pink Champagne cake. The icing on the cake (pun intended) is the price points are impeccable - you absolutely will not find a better deal locally.
