What a pleasant surprise that the staff at the Bedford New Hampshire store let me treasure hunt and find this awesome chandelier!! The logistics manager Dean showed me that its paperwork shows that it used to be a display in the old, closed down Ethan Allen that is literally over the town line on the street I live on. I guess it wanted to come home. The designer Verlie was very nice to me and didn't make me feel like a scavenger for discount shopping. The Ethan Allen company could learn a lot from this location.

There is a horrible string in the middle of them that I was never told would be there. It is cheap and looks horrible. I called them to see what we could do and they told me there is nothing. Then Aaron said that he told me the string would be there, which is not true. I would not work with Budget Blinds again. Cheyenne also stated that she would help me with this but did not.

The staff here are caring, helpful and honest. Chris does the installations, his father helps with carpet selection and specifications for your location and his mother works on scheduling and coordination. Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome. We will recommend you to everyone we know. I also included pictures of sample rugs we took at the store because the selections are great quality and beautifully handcrafted.
