The selection has a nice if not terribly deep mix, and there's a good group of books for young adults and children. We also liked the good choice of books about Vermont and New England. We found some paperbacks we wanted and were pleased to see the store was busy during our visit. We'd endorse a stop here for anyone in the neighborhood.

You immediately get that smell of old books when you walk in. That leather bound scent that just doesn't exist in books that are made now in days. They have all the major genres including sci-fi/fantasy, romance, thrillers, mysteries, and children's. I was a tad disappointed in the paperback prices, where a lot of the books are 10-15+ years old and pretty worn. Plus, the paperbacks were more expensive than the hardcovers, which makes no sense. My favorite thing in the store was the big trash bin filled with "trashy" novels. We got a good chuckle over that. It's worth a stop if you're a bookworm who happens to be driving through Plymouth.
