She kindly explained their policy that nothing can go into the dryers unless it goes through their washers first. It was a rule I hadn't thought of, but after a few seconds of consideration, I couldn't agree more. It's exactly why the place stays so immaculate. ​Natalie explained the policy in a very kind way, and then she went completely above and beyond--she offered to pay for an express wash (15 minutes) for the towel! As I was heading back to my vehicle to get laundry soap, she met me with a cup of detergent. Furthermore, when I was taking the towel out of the washer, she intercepted me again and paid for the dryer. ​It is for this exact reason that I rate this place 5 stars.
