After running a long race my feet were cramped and hurting. Pam was able to literally get me on my feet again. Thanks

I came back again for the Mother Roasting. As described on their website mother roasting is a…read morerejuvenating post-partum treatment performed about two weeks after the delivery of your new baby. I booked this shortly after getting out of the hospital, knowing that for months it was going to be part of my "post-birth plan" (y'know, treat yo self). I felt so taken care of I almost wept. They kindly let you take your newborn with you and assure you can get up a get your baby at any point during the almost 2 hour long treatment. I think that my baby was so relaxed by the lights and the music because she napped for longer than she usually did at that point and slept the whole time (which was such a gift to me). It was a very cold February day, so the idea of being "roasted" by hot stones was very appealing. No matter the weather I absolutely recommend this as a gift to a new mother (or for yourself as a mother).

While you are filling out paper work, they give you a warm neck wrap and also offer water or tea to drink. The massage rooms are spacious and very well decorated and maintained. Everything was extremely clean without feeling sterile. The massage therapist I had took the time to listen to what I wanted out of the experience and made sure to make the most of our time attending to my areas of concern. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated (which was my main goal for the treatment). The two downsides are that there is street parking only (so you might have to park several blocks away) and they are one of the more pricey establishments. (but you really do get what you pay for). Definitely worth the splurge to get a service here.

I've always been very impressed with how well she has been able to understand me through body language and massage me the way that I need without ever making me feel any physical discomfort in the way that other massage therapists have. I had the pleasure of experiencing Massage with Abby both one on one and during a couples massage class with my partner and she is hands down my favorite massage therapist. During the class, she provided intuitive constructive criticism to my partner and has improved the way he massages me to this day. She also made me feel significantly more competent in being able to massage my partner as well. I would highly recommend her both one on one as well as through the class that she offers couples. The price is completely worth it with Abby and she is the best!

I booked a 90-minute couple's massage class for my boyfriend and I for his Valentines gift. The…read moreclass was very personalized--Abby did a great job of combining what we wanted to learn with her perceptions of our areas of tension. She even pulled out books to show me the muscular anatomy, so I could understand the muscles that are causing my boyfriend's headaches and how to best find them and work on them. I have some experience with reiki and she even showed me how to work reiki into the massage techniques. You can take notes or take pictures and videos with your phone so that you can bring this knowledge home, but you'll also have plenty of time to work on the techniques and build them into your memory. Abby is very intuitive and quickly picked up on our needs, and we had a very relaxing time. Massage is a great way for couples to care for each other and strengthen intimacy, I would highly recommend this class for any couple looking to destress together. Prices are super reasonable too. We'll definitely be back for another lesson sometime, and I already booked a massage for just me next week!

I enjoyed it more than he did. I was able to relax with the calming music that was played and enjoy breathing deeply. There isn't anything special about the chairs you sit in. They are zero gravity, but limited padding. Definitely bring a sweatshirt and/or blanket. As your body relaxes, you may get colder, but the room was not cold. My massage was with Joe. His massage was very different as i believe he bases his technique on energy and reflexology. There was a lot of breathing and trigger point work. He looks at the whole body to correct any problem areas.Don't go to him if you are expecting a typical smoothing massage. With that being said, I was having severe neck and shoulder pain and felt amazing after. I would go back to him in a heartbeat. During my massage, my boyfriend did an oxygenated water therapy session. He wasn't impressed, but he has trouble relaxing. He did say the water got warmer as the session went on and he could see people receiving a benefit. Look for the introductory prices! Service was great through our sessions. I will visit again!

Great staff! Very accommodating and nice when we went to their business. Would totally go back.read more
