Last time I didn't have a good experience: wrong schedule, bad painful massage (not that "good pain that you feel relaxed and better). The guy who massage me used to massage my feet bones instead of muscles and I realized sometimes he was killing time by going to take something somewhere or cleaning my feet for long time In my opinion he doesn't have a good technique for massage. This is my favorites place for a foot massage.. I went here like five times when I was pregnant with super swollen feet and they came running to my rescue! Seriously this place is so special to me , I almost wanted to give the entire spa and everyone in it big hug; Bc it was like I was on a vacation and my feet finally reduced in swelling and finally had relief in my last month of pregnancy. I love a good massage. I am very particular when it comes to my relaxation. I want it to be a quiet, clean, comfortable space, and a comfortable price. Feet Paradise Reflexology checks all of the boxes. I was able to find parking on the street easily. The space was clean and smelled very nice. There were signs telling you that it is a quiet space, the air conditioner was running so that helped it seem like they had a noise canceling machine. Which I think would be an excellent addition. The bathroom was down the hall away from the massage area and was very clean with cute decorations. The massage starts with a foot soak in warm water with rose petals and a back, neck, head massage. I opted for the hour foot massage. You are covered with a blanket and the leg not being massaged is covered with a towel. She used a nice thick lotion to massage away the stress in my feet and legs. She massaged my feet and legs up to my knees. The massage made my feet and legs feel refreshed! The leather chair reclines and it is perfection. I found myself drifting off to sleep a few times. I was a walk in client and I was able to be seen almost instantly, but I was a Tuesday around 1pm. I can not wait to go back! read more

I like this place. It's nice, clean, actually Immaculate, and have very nice employees. However, I was not prepared for not having a private room with walls and a door. I also was not prepared for having people talking on the other side of the very well-curtained massage room. I'm actually used to having professional massages in a private room with walls and a door, in either total silence, or with soft instrumental background music. My massage therapist, Mickey, spoke almost no English, did not know sign language which I used to teach, but frequently asked me in broken English if I was okay. I learned that the receptionist who is a very charming and very friendly young woman, spoke fluent English, lived in the neighborhood, and could translate for the client. I wish I had known that before my massage. I thought I recognized that the employees on the other side of my curtain, were speaking Mandarin. They were. But I haven't spoken or heard Mandarin since I was 10 years old, 47 years ago. So my Mandarin was very rusty. O.k. Non-existent. I used a Groupon, which I usually do when trying a new massage or hair salon. Sometimes, when you use a Groupon, you don't get the level of service that you would if you had paid full price. I know this isn't fair, and I know that this is not good customer service, but this is what happens sometimes. It's on the business, not on Groupon. Fortunately, that was not the case with my massage. Mickey was thorough, and really worked my muscles. I wasn't asked, but I received a deep tissue massage. That was good for what my issues were, but different massages are beneficial for different issues. So it's always nice when the massage therapist asks what your issues are or what kind of a massage you would prefer. I'll tell you, for one tiny little Asian woman, she spared no expense with eradicating all the tense, stiff, or sore muscles I had. I felt great, but a bit sore. Totally understandable. I went home and took another Epsom salt bath. I drank copious amounts of water for the rest of the day and the next. It's part of my ritual detox following a massage. Before a massage, I drink a cup of green tea with a touch of honey, then a bottle of water, and enjoy an Epsom salt bath by candle light. This routine makes my massages more beneficial. When I go back, I'll make sure the receptionist tells my masseuse (I didn't see any men except for one in a parka) what my issues are and the massage I'd like. I'll also try to book an appointment when it's quiet and not busy, as I like a quiet massage. I admit, I just lay there like an amoeba during my massage. I usually don't talk unless I'm asked a question. I just lay there, focus on my breathing, and enjoy the experience. And this is a good place to do just that. read more

First time a 90 minute massage (30 min feet,60 min body) Second time 60 minute foot. Strong hands and they clearly know what they are doing. Big comfy chairs for the foot massages they recline so you can lay back and relax. The full body massage is in a curtained off area next to the chairs. More than enough privacy. The sitting up back massage I received before the 60 min foot massage was on point. Could have had that for an hour alone. Made my neck feel much better. Right on Murray Ave which has its up and downs. Super convenient location Downside is that the door opens right to the noisy street, so at times you are relaxing and someone walks in and you hear all the buses/cars and people going by. You can make an appointment right through the yelp app. They respond almost instantaneously. Now to the nitty gritty. I very rarely use Groupon. This was only my second time using it. For the 30 min foot/60 min back I had a groupon. Then I kept getting emails from Groupon prompting that the massage place added new deals. I probably got 5 or 6 emails in one week promoting the massage place. So I was like okay it's my birthday why not get one for me and my mom. So we purchased two 60min foot massages. Came in on March 29 (aka my birthday) Had excellent massages. Went to pay and showed her the Groupon. She said we can't use them because it's for first time customers only. I'm like okay, I didn't see that. She pulls out a paper of the Groupon deal and it's apparently in the fine print. Raise your hand if you ever read the fine print No one does. Should we? Of course. But we don't. So clearly this has happened to other people who go there. So i think it's time to take it out of the fine print and move it up to the actual deal description. I asked if I could use my mothers Groupon at least because she didn't use one at our last visit just me. She said no you have to be first time customers. Okay whatever, we paid, no problem. But honestly we are returning customers and clearly we are going to be people who come back many times. Better to keep customers happy. It was a big hassle with Groupon. They wanted to give us credit instead of refunding us. But since I rarely use Groupon a credit would be useless. After sitting on countless holds the Groupon guy finally decided to give us a refund. And okay, okay I know people hate Groupon they think it makes the person cheap. But if the place doesn't want people to use a Groupon don't have Groupon deals. I was just getting bombarded with promotion emails which is why I even purchased it a second time. Anyhow, massage place is great massage wise. They just need to fix their Groupon issues. read more

I never had reflexology done but wow it really was relaxing. The workers are friendly, offer you tea. You do sit in a row next to other people having services done but it still feels pretty private. They have a screened off area if you're going to get a massage and let me tell you they definitely know how to work out knots. Recommend!
