Highly suggest you don't waste your time, unless you enjoy waiting around all day for nothing to happen and not receive even a follow up or explanation as to the lack of professionalism. We made every attempt to be available on 3 separate scheduled times (3 hour blocks times of available time) to have this locksmith come out to our home. Alter, 2 no shows by this business and even a third opportunity to correct the issue. They no showed yet again?!? That's just not professional, respectful or anyway to handle any attempt an running a respectful local business. Which we support 110%. They must be the busiest and most important locksmith in Indiana to handle new potential customers this way. Power to them; however this customer is OUT. We locked ourselves out of our house today and Ryan at 3 Sons Lock Service came to our rescue. He was at our house in less than 30 minutes and was able to open the door in just a few minutes. We were happy to discover that he is a veteran of the BEST branch of the armed forces, the USMC. Semper Fi! The price was very reasonable, less than $100. He also gave us some great advice on how to prevent another lockout. Called near noon on Sunday, 6/23/19, and described the situation. They said they would call back (no time frame given). After an hour, I called back again and they said they said "just a minute" then put the phone down. They hung up on me a minute or two later with no response or explanation. They finally sent me a text at 1:17 PM that read "Can I call you later?". I responded with "When?". Their response was "Sorry I can't help.". read more
