I brought my car here after an accident under the other drivers insurance. The whole process took longer than it should've but that's the fault of the insurance. The repair itself took two days longer than their initial due date which I didn't get any communication about. Once I picked it up everything looked fine and great but not even a full day of driving it, the next day the engine had shut off on me and the car was undriveable. I was very concerned considering I had just picked it up.. I had no issues with the engine previously. I brought it to a dealership to get it checked and basically there was a big dent under the gas pump, with no explanation of the cause. We had the insurance look at it and they won't claim it under the accident. Now we are left with paying 2500 after leaving this shop with a damage that was never there previous of getting it repaired here.. we are left with no explanation and I called and left a voicemail on the owners phones and still no explanation. There's a warranty on the repair but I can't say I'd trust my car here again read more

This auto body shop is the best kept secret in all of Orange County, period. When I first visited 3 Stage, I smiled as they are located in a modest building. This meant that I wouldn't be paying for the overhead of a fancy building/location and I didn't. At 3 Stage, you don't deal with a manager or other employee, you're dealing directly with the owners of the business who are a Father & son team. I brought my 2002 Toyota Avalon in for body work after a minor accident. I'm the original owner and this car is my baby and I wanted it to look as original as it always has. I'm not exaggerating here, but 3 Stage managed to restore my Avalon to its original condition, and their work reminded me of when I took delivery of my car 23 years ago. Mike and his team at 3 Stage Auto do great fast work. Up front and clear about what type of work will need to be done and true to cost. Beginning with the website where you can easily upload pictures of the damage and receive a detailed quote within a hour or so. The drop off was fast and almost as fast you begin receiving updates on your repair via text or email. When replacement parts are required, Mike will run you through various options. In my case, due to supply chain issues it would taken 4-6 months for a replacement part from the manufacturer to arrive (if ever); Mike came up with a solution that was far more expedient and with much better results than I could have imagined. Color matching was perfect too. Highly recommend 3 Stage Auto Collision for any fender benders you may encounter - small or severe! PS. I am forever grateful for the Mikes (father and son) and their staff at 3 stage auto collision! They saved me from my nightmare that I faced when my catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius. Originally I went through the "preferred vendors" that my insurance provided and they were garbage. I was in my first car accident and brought my car here covered through insurance. I received my car with some dust particles inside (I assume from the paint job) and some of the glass from the accident still inside. I had to go back a couple times to get some things fixed that I noticed so that was a bit of an inconvenience. My door didn't stay open anymore like it used to so that sucked too but I was over going back there for another issue. Exceptional service and staff! Mike and Edith helped get my wife's 2014 Prius back in tip-top shape after her parked car was hit by some kid trying to re-enact a scene from Fast N Furious. I had a great experience with Mike and his brother-in-law at 3 Stage Auto Collision! My car was hit by a random person in a parking lot so I had very little information about the damage other than to guess at the speed (since it was a parking lot - fortunately low speed :)).
