Danny was about to go to lunch but waited for me. He not only checked my windshield washer pump and system, he diagnosed it with a separate power source and determined that the pump for the front and back washer were still working (!) but they just were not getting power. He said to go to an electrical place where they can follow the wires to get it back online. He was SO helpful even though it was not something he covers (because my car was so old the parts and wire diagram not easy to source). I was so impressed with his detective style in figuring out what the problem was and then not even charging me, I can see why he maintains a 5 star rating! I'm definitely coming back here for regular car service items, he is so helpful, friendly and honest, just a fantastic mechanic!

They were really patient over the phone and walked me through pros and cons re: buying a battery before hand or until they could diagnose it. Glad I listened, ended up the MAF to be actual problem. Took two technicians, but I appreciate that they showed me test results and were about 30min between each other. Best in person service I've received in a long time, the fact that they came to me is priceless. Had my car up and running again. Thanks guys, I rarely reviews but there exceptions. But overall, just beyond what we had anticipated with pricing even with the quote beforehand and after it going up even more. Oh well. You are simply paying for the convenience rather than the expertise in my opinion and wife's opinion.
