Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

They pull your car apart, one part at a time and give a cheap estimate to the insurance company and then they keep charging more as they work on the car and it's too late for the insurance company to back out of it and total the car, a true rip off. We took the truck in thinking these guys are good based on their reviews, they told us that the car was going to be totaled due to its condition and how severe the accident was. A week later they told us that the insurance company adjuster has given them the green light to repair the car and that it won't be totaled but they said they were going to use all new and original parts. We talked to the insurance adjuster and she mentioned that the body shop owner told them that we asked for the car to be repaired at any cost and that we agreed that they use used parts from a junk yard which was a big lie, I specifically asked him if it would even be worth fixing it and he claimed that it was up to the adjuster. We finally realized what kind of scam they are playing and therefore we decided to take the car to a legit body shop. Once I went to remove my truck they charged me $2,000 in storage fees for the 10 days that they had the car and a $200 deductible for returning the parts that they "supposedly ordered". If they would have ordered original parts from the dealer there wouldn't have been a restocking fee. They would not let me take my car out until I paid the fee. I took my car to another mechanic shop and right away they pulled everything apart and estimated almost 4 times the price that was quoted by these thief's and the car is now totaled. Due to excessive damage and the fact that the repairs would actually cost almost double what the car is worth. I'm just glad that I didn't keep my car there for them to charge the insurance the same amount through time and have a salvaged title car that was put together by cheap parts from a junk yard.

Even the criminals felt like they got a square deal (I'm joking about the criminal thing). But lawyers judges, alike all see him. His shop looks like the rest of this section of town: dingy, Tijuana yellow on EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, with a little taqueria and shitty "liquor store." If you blink, or speed - you'll miss it. Don't be fooled by the star ratings and look at the most recent reviews for this body shop. I drive a Mercedes G63 AMG. I have listed the series of events that happened from 7/20/23, when I dropped off my car, to current. In total, it took almost 5 months to get my car back from this body shop. The work they do is terrible, messy and poor quality. They will skip as many corners as possible. If you care at all about your car, take it somewhere else. I am still dealing with the aftermath of their poor worksmanship almost a year later. 7/15/23 Car accident - I was hit from behind on the freeway. Damage: corner, tail lights, bumper, wheel well area. 7/20/23 I dropped off my car at Fix Auto in Anaheim. They call me and let me know that Fix Auto in Santa Ana will be doing the paint job because the manager, Gilbert has years of experience with Mercedes. For about two weeks, I received auto text messages saying that my car is being worked on and then the messages stop. I call consistently to ask for updates to which they say someone will call me back or that they are still working on it. 9/22/23 They let me know my car is ready & I pick it up. The next day I notice: overspray, sloppy paint job. New scratches and chips on the doors. The trunk door won't close. They did not screw the bolt in. The hinge scratched and dented the trim. Door seal is broken. 10/3/23 Fix auto again - Dropped off car again 10/21/23 They let me know my car is ready. I drive there and the issues aren't resolved so I leave it there. 11/6/23 - They let me know my car is ready and I go to pick it up. There was overspray on the rear drivers side door. The trim is messed. They added adhesive onto the existing adhesive and the trim stick outs. 11/30/23 - Went to Santa Ana to pick up my car. My car is matte but on drivers door there is now a shiny area right below the window about the size of a grapefruit. The workers try to wipe it off. It doesn't come off. They need to repaint. 12/7/23 I finally pick up my car I notice that the trunk door isn't as easy to close. A month later, I take it into Mercedes and they say it was not put on correctly and that they can adjust it for me but the problem may come back. $300 7/10/24 I take my car to Mercedes because rear drivers side door isn't opening from the outside. 7/12/24 They say that an after market screw was incorrectly installed which voids the warranty. $900 It has almost been a year since the accident and I am still dealing with the shody work that Fit Auto did on my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They have yet to reach out to offer compensation or apologies for the massive amount of inconveniences they have caused. I live about an hour away (each way, with traffic) and having to go there and point out what is very visibly wrong with the car each time was ridiculous.

I only had this vehicle so to be without it I let them know was kind of an issue so I was hoping for a quick turn on process. After my vehicle sat with them for nearly 4 days I found out that they had done nothing except assessed the damage. I also had to request updates from them or I didn't hear anything. They submitted multiple claims to my insurance told me they couldn't work on my car until they were approved. The next week work on my car started it needed a fender replaced, and the collision center received three ones that were unusable before getting the fourth one. At this point, my truck was still not even near completion nearly 2 weeks after dropping it off at an appointment that they provided me with.. nearly 3 weeks after dropping my truck off with them. I was told it's ready to pick up and I had a friend collected due to my work hours and their business hours. After having my truck home for a day, I realize something was wrong. One of the main issues was the passenger side front door and now it sounded like it came off of a tin can sounded completely different than the other three doors on the vehicle. I sent them videos, they claimed that they didn't know the sound of my door because they didn't drive it all the time and it was an issue of them not putting enough material in the door to make it match the sound of any other door on the vehicle. Luckily I was able to have them come to my work pick up the vehicle fix it and bring it back to me.. Maybe my expectations are high , but nothing about this experience was what I expected. The communication was very bad. I wasn't told anything until I asked about it, the timeframe for work to be completed was horribly slow granted some of that may have been out of their control, and then the best part they returned my vehicle to me and it wasn't completed properly after nearly three weeks on being without my only vehicle. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anybody who does not have the patience or time to let them go as slow as they do or let them take away. What might be your only vehicle for weeks on end depending on the work needed .

Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix. When I pressed him for his honest opinion, he said he personally wouldn't buy it at the listed price but if we negotiated it lower, then it might be worth considering. That level of honesty is RARE. They are your small local auto shop but I would choose them over any flashy, grandiose service center any day. Their integrity and transparency make them stand out. Definitely 5 stars, don't look any further! I walked in on Monday, January 11 (with no appointment, mind you) and it was the greatest decision ever. I was immediately greeted by Jordan and explained that my Acura's entire passenger side had been keyed and lights smashed in. He was quick to give me a reasonable estimate, complete explanation and a realistic ready-by date. My car was in the shop for only a couple of days and it turned out fantastic! They got me brand new lights, the door panels looked fresh off the lot, and they even washed and detailed my car for me without me asking. I am impressed how above and beyond they went with their service. Family-owned, family-operated and they treated me like family. Throughout the process, Marc (the manager) initiated calls to me to keep me updated and informed on parts and time. The price they gave me was fantastic! (About $150 cheaper than some other shop around the corner) And even then, they still worked with me to make my wallet a little more comfortable. Angeles Automotive, thank you SO MUCH! I brought my 04 scion xb in for a paint respray. I was on the fence about a color change. Really wanted it, but usually adds 1000.00 + to the price. He quoted me MUCH less than that. Along with a base respray cheaper than any body else. It did take another 2 weeks longer than discussed. However, I had purchased some fiberglass after market bumpers that ended up being so far off of fitment, that I had to go another direction. I mean be realistic. Its not a show car paint job. That would cost 10000.00 +. And the realty is that I am going to get dings. Its just a fact of life if you drive it. Bottom line I am EXTREMELY happy with it. Marc is a great guy. He did small stuff I added, and did it even charge me for it. Also removed a few small dings. When you look at it looks amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations. I thank him for all of his work. I have worked on cars most of my life. I have painted small things, and it is not easy. I would not hesitate recommending him to anybody. When my 2018 Honda Civic suffered extensive front-end damage, including the windshield, I reached out to Marc. He promptly visited my home, assessed the car, provided a quote, and a repair timeline. Impressed, I handed over the keys and confirmed my decision. Over the following two weeks, I maintained contact with him, and he consistently responded. The car was returned in the promised two-week timeframe, impeccably restored. Notably, he expertly eliminated a significant scratch on the passenger door, making the car appear new. Marc has been a godsend! He is highly professional and knowledgeable in automotive work. He was able to perform an oil change, complete an engine wash and clear my Mini Cooper's foggy headlights at a reasonable price and efficient manner. I was referred to Marc at Angeles Automotive by Jay at Level PDR mobile paintless dent removal who by the way did an excellent job of removing major and minor dents in my car. Marc's price was very reasonable, customer service excellent and he offered free pickup and delivery. My car had major scratches on the hood and the panel had to be repainted. Marc and his partner were incredibly flexible when working on my car when it showed the knock sensors needed replacing. We came across some more problems with my car, and they always communicated and made things work. When I had to leave town because I was just visiting, they were willing to drive it outside of Santa Ana to deliver it to me. Absolutely wonderful experience with this place. Marc was excellent and went beyond what I expected. He even let me come in Saturday night after they closed to look at my car. He just happened to be there doing work and since he was going to be there a while he just said to come in. Spent time with me going over the issues with my car and I didn't feel rushed at all. My classic Miata had a big dent in the front bumper, seat tears, and the back window on the soft top had disintegrated. Marc came out and gave a very reasonable quote for all three repairs.
