Like I cannot recall a single interaction I've ever had with the actual person who towed my car. ENTER UBALDO. I would trust this man with my life. AAA routed Vaqueros towing to our truck so it was luck of the draw but if you don't have roadside assistance and need to use a towing company, you can just stop reading honestly and call Vaqueros. I promise. Ubaldo showed up within the window, even during Covid. He got out of his truck and idk how to describe him in another way but major Santa Claus energy. This man is quite possibly the jolliest person on earth, or at least Bothell. Literally put me at ease the moment we met. He's cheerful and empathetic and got our Ram 1500 on the towing bed (idk if thats what it's called but I know my bf was happy to see it wasn't the kind where your car rolls on its back wheels) in minutes. He waved us goodbye and then called me after he dropped our truck off at the body shop to let me know the keys were handed off. Absolute 5 star customer service. The communication, the personality, the follow up. A true king. He is the perfect person to have when dealing with a stressful situation. They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. We heard from the dealer later that night, the flat was fixed by 10pm, and we picked up the car the next morning. Thanks, Art and Easy Towing for making a painful experience as painless as possible!

The documents indicate my car has an odometer reading of 124567. Actually, it is 45,000. Instead of "jump", the description reads "fuel surcharge". Grand total $108.00. No sales tax is specified. When I asked for a receipt for my insurance company, Adam said, "Oh, I didn't know you were submitting to insurance." (What difference would that make in the billing??) Then he said my insurance company would contact him if there were any issues. Um...that's not the way it works, Adam... They also did not provide a itemized list of charges of why it cost so much to get out. They refuse to let me grab my $400.-$500. battery. They basically took my only vehicle I had for work and commuting period. They had no issues with basically robbing my vehicle it was like second nature for them. How can this he legal. BECAUSE they took my only means of transportation I couldn't make the money needed to request an hearing which would have costed me $100. Plus dollaes and you got 5-10 business days to fill. This company is unethical, they have no consideration about anyones life by taking their livelyhood with no explanation of why they charge. They dont live up to their company that's for sure!!!
