He flatly refused to help, claiming he "couldn't tow the vehicle by law" (which seems convenient for a towing company). His "solution" was for me to go find the owner (if I could find the owner, I wouldn't need a tow truck to move the car!) To top it off, he was extremely condescending, telling me to "just look around the parking lot" like I was the one being difficult. If you're looking for professional service or actual parking enforcement, look elsewhere. These guys are clearly more interested in making excuses than doing their jobs.
