The worst towing experience ever in my life highway robbery. They had my vehicle less than a day and wanted $1100.00 and some change to get it out. They also did not provide a itemized list of charges of why it cost so much to get out. They refuse to let me grab my $400.-$500. battery. They basically took my only vehicle I had for work and commuting period. They had no issues with basically robbing my vehicle it was like second nature for them. How can this he legal. BECAUSE they took my only means of transportation I couldn't make the money needed to request an hearing which would have costed me $100. Plus dollaes and you got 5-10 business days to fill. This company is unethical, they have no consideration about anyones life by taking their livelyhood with no explanation of why they charge. The tow was fine, but their driver Chuck is a creep who spent the whole ride hitting on me and calling me a "pretty little thing" and asking if I had a boyfriend, and then proceeding to say "I can see you're uncomfortable" but refusing to stop flirting with me. I tried to sit quietly and he kept asking if I get any "side action" from my boyfriend - and whether I've considered cheating on him. Women, be careful. read more

Shady shady shady! Tow truck driver milked the clock. Was driving 20 mph had to pull over several times because he was not going speed limit. When trying to dispute the bill the lady I was speaking too called the police when there was no reason to at all? Then they stated they can charge as soon as the call comes in for a tow??? At first they said they charge once they are out the gates? Well which one is it? Also checked with the kirkland police department and no where in their contract does it say so. I hit a very obscure traffic management abutment at 11PM in the rain in some back residential type neighborhood (NE 124th Ave and 95 Place NE going west on NE 124th Ave) and blew both front and rear passenger side tires. Ultimately I was in good hands with All-State Roadside Service (after about 30+ minutes of phone waiting time) - and Quality Towing was contracted for the service. Jeff came over pretty quick - prob about 20 minutes (which beat the original 3 hr wait from another service), was totally professional - worked at a very steady pace - and I just stood back and let him do the job step by step. I first told him to just direct me and I will follow-up - I think he appreciated the team-work. He drove me home to Shoreline - cost was reasonable considering I was just happy to get home by 1AM with two horribly blown tires... And he backed my car into my driveway with some effort but exactly as I had requested. And Jeff did get a nice tip...:-) read more

After being involved in a car accident, I had a bad experience with Quality Towing company that was called to the scene, not by me. The tow truck driver that came, seem to take his time and do things pretty slowly. I wasn't sure why, but found out why when I was charged for the tow... They charge by the hour! They towed me only 6.6 miles (3.6 miles + 3 miles) and charged me initially $515.74!!! for this. When I asked why so much, they started saying that they have an arrangement with the police to charge by the hour (which explains why the driver was so slow), and they have to charge $208 per hour! They wanted to charge me for 2.5 hours! I asked the driver to call his manager and ask him why so much money, and when talking to the manager, he told me that it includes the time they leave they towing place and get back and he added 30 min for that! I asked why are you adding 30 min, and he said because the driver needs to unload the car. But then I said that the driver already unloaded the car!!, and only then he asked to talk to the driver and whispered to him to reduce it to $458.43. he did not even bother to check if the car was already unloaded or not before, as he simply wanted to inflate the time so they can charge more! I was shocked from the amount charged and after being in the car accident, needless to say, I was overwhelmed, very frustrated and angry. I was a victim to this whole situation and had no choice but to pay, as the tow driver was holding my car keys close to his body to make sure he gets his outrages payment! I called the Redmond police, and they told me that there is no such deal with any towing company! I also called 3 more towing companies that said that would have charged less than half of what I was charged for the same job... I was a victim here! read more

I would stay far away from these guys. They are as dishonest as it gets and charged me $350 to tow my car less than a mile (after hours fee on a fully staffed Saturday?). If you have AAA you may have some protection from this type of thing, but you should never contact them directly. NEVER! read more

You might not think you can have a great experience with a towing company, but I am here to change that! Let me tell you how awesome mine was! It first started from the phone call. I was treated cordially, given a great price, and was scheduled for a tow within minutes (luckily my situation didn't involve an emergency or a call from the side of the road). I was scheduled for a 10:30 am pick-up, and to my surprise and satisfaction, the driver (Rick) showed up about fifteen minutes early. This was great because I was ready to get moving. I gave him the key and he expressed that I could take all of the time I needed because he did show before my scheduled departure. Within a few minutes he had the car loaded on the flat bed and was ready to go. He opened the door for me, and I climbed up into the cab of the truck. We shared some fun conversation during the 13 mile drive to the shop, and I have to say I learned some wonderful things about towing. When we arrived at my destination, he first pulled to the front to let them know we were here, and then brought the car around back. He explained which copies of the receipt I could use for insurance and I had paid by card and was done without a hitch. I really appreciate the service I received today from Quality Towing, and although I hope I don't need a tow again, I would definitely call them in a heartbeat! Thank you again! read more

Great experience. Needed to get a car towed from Bellevue to Kirkland. Called and talked with a very friendly receptionist. Set up a time to have the car picked up and delivered to my house later that day. The driver called to let me know that he had the car and was on his way. When the driver arrived, he was on time, very pleasant and friendly. Cost was reasonable and cheaper than some of the other towing companies. I was in my first accident and the police called them as my car was not drivable. They never told me that i start paying as soon as the call is made. They get the car towed to a auto shop and quote me at $280. I agreed to pay. BY THE WAY that is ridiculous!!! The man working screwed up the price he wrote down and quoted me and than charged my card for $407. He never came back to ask or tell me that he messed up. We called his boss who was a dick and said that he would not honor the price. You also have to pay them to get back to the shop at the hourly rate!!! This company was great on scene during my accident, but they lost my keys and refuse to take responsibility. I work a a local city agency, I had a badge and sensitive keys on my keychain and it "disappears". The tow drive described my key chain to a tee, yet he says I only have him one key for the car. When the car arrived at the auto shop, all keys were missing. So, even if he was handed one key, where is it? Now I'll have the extra expense of rekeying my property and my city agency will also have to reset for safety. I highly do not recommend quality towing. read more

My friend was seriously injured in a car accident and the police had Quality Towing tow his vehicle to their lot. Everyone - from front office to the tow drivers - went out of their way to help me. Mark even intervened with the AAA dispatcher when she said they couldn't send someone out to tow the truck back to my friend's home. I was quoted $350.00 dollars to tow a truck about 15 miles, which was a steep in price but I had no other option at the time. So I hired quality towing. After they picked up the truck they called and said the tow took longer than expected and the bill had now increased to $2400.00. Yes, 2400 that is not a typo. They said "we will be holding your truck at a yard and will not release or deliver it until a payment has been made. Deceptive business practices, unethical staff, will say anything to make a sale, and will raise price and hold your cal hostage. Would no recommend to ANYONE. they have dozens of complaints all over the internet and they good ones are from people that work there. DO NOT USE. this company should be shut down. read more
