Peaceful, polished, and very work-friendly. I could absolutely see myself getting a lot of work done there just based on the atmosphere alone--it feels productive and calming. My only personal hurdle is that I'm not usually downtown during the day, and I'm cheap when it comes to paying for parking. But if you're nearby, parking is free, or you're already in the area, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. This is probably one of most serene grocery store chain I've ever been to. It can get pricey and some of the products are available at other, cheaper stores, so know your prices and only shop for the the things here you can't find anywhere else. I wish I had one of these closer to my house, but shopping here for me requires coordinating a Yeti and a rushing home, unless I'm not buying something cold or frozen.

They're there to offer advice, give their opinions on the different products, and are able to teach you about them as well. For all of my protein powder needs, this is where I go. Their prices are competitive and have received discounts on some items. They always have a good selection to choose from. Last time I went in, I was given a bunch of samples to take with me and try out, which was awesome since I'm fairly new to all of these powders you can take before, during, or after workouts for different results. I highly recommend this shop. Go local!
