I placed an order from this company online on Cyber Monday like 10 or 11pm and on Tuesday morning I tried to cancel by email with any response until some how after it was shipped it was too late to cancel three days later, because it was already shipped, even though I could see it hadn't sent out for shipping yet until the 4th day. I ordered a Northface jacket that I'm not sure was authentic.......I took pictures.....so yet to see if I get a refund. It says in store credit only on the website. The package that received did not include return instructions at all. Will update later after I see what happens with my refund. Not Happy at all this was a gift for my grandson. read more

We visited this establishment yesterday. We weren't greeted upon entering, nor were we asked if we needed help while we were shopping. We were going to buy one of the down coats they had but decided not to because of the poor customer service. We mentioned our experience with the staff and were rudely told that we could leave without buying anything and not to return. I wouldn't recommend anyone grace this store at all. read more

The selection is pretty cute for a little boutique in Roanoke, but the employees are a bit big for their britches. They need a bit of Nordstrom or Sak's training. They should be nice to all people and if they can't do that, they should be smart enough (lol, they currently aren't) to look at the visual cues like handbag brand and sunglasses to step up their game. Recommend hiring nicer employees ...similar to the boutiques surrounding you, and I suspect you'd convert a little better on sales. I've now purchased a shirt there and two pairs of earrings, but I won't go back. The attitude isn't worth the purchase - I'd rather spend my dollars at La De Da (super sweet employees) or other cute little places around here. Yay 310! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love seeing new, refreshing, boutiques open in Roanoke. For a girl that constantly had to turn to the internet or drive to Tyson's to do her designer jeans, dresses, and top shopping it is nice to see you. (Too, bad you weren't here 6 years ago when I still lived in Roanoke! That's ok, glad to see you here now.) Welcome! I love the fact that you offer both men's and women's clothing. Too, it's great to see a vast variety of brands, but only a few of each item. We like to be unique. Also, the sales racks are a lot of fun! My only disappointment ... No Rock and Republic. Super chic little shop, with great denim selection. I love that they will do tailoring there. Also, they'll gladly get other items from their Blacksburg store sent up if they don't have them at the Roanoke location, which is awesome. They set aside a pair of new shoes that I wanted when I learned they were coming in. Basically, the customer service is excellent. (I don't know why the other reviewer had issues with sizing there. I just went in for new jeans and they had a wide selection in sizes 29-30, and no one made me feel like I wasn't desirable clientele because I'm not rocking a size 25.) read more

Not always my first choice, but 310 Rosemont is easily the most contemporary clothing store in town. Nothing too edgy, but miles ahead of the typical Roanoke shopping experience. The hallmark of the store is an exemplary collection of premium denim for both men and women. If you've read about it in the major fashion magazines, they probably carry it. As for the rest of the store, the brands change often, but the sense of adventure is always present, as is the superb customer service. The clearance sales are extraordinary. Did I mention the free coffee just for browsing? This place is a winner. read more

I have shopped 310 many times over the last 2 years and I have always been welcomed with friendly employees who are willing to take the time to help me find something to my liking. I do not have your "typical female" body and a little larger in some areas so it is hard to find clothing to fit me correctly. They have brands that I like along with really cute accessories. Definitely one of the nicer shops in downtown Roanoke. read more

Exceptional boutique! The selection of clothing and accessories was extensive and they carry some notable brands (Citizens of Humanity, Joe's Jeans, Hudson, Hunter, etc) as well as some lovely lesser known brands. The customer service was above and beyond -- I found a skirt I loved but didn't know what type of top would match and one of the women working (wish I remembered her name!) found 6 beautiful tops that really complemented the skirt. One of them was absolutely perfect and on brand for my style. I went in only expecting to buy a dress and came out with a dress, a skirt, a blouse, a pair of jeans, and earrings! I would have stayed longer were it not for my parking expiring. My bank account is grateful I didn't. Overall, excellent experience. read more

Cute selection but awful customer service

I couldn't wait to share my experience at this great little store. My sisters and I were in Roanoke for a little laid back bachelorette weekend. We were welcomed by two lovely saleswomen, Becca and Emma, if I recall correctly. We told them we were looking for an outfit for the bride for the rehearsal dinner and they offered each of us a glass of wine and pulled clothes and couldn't have been more helpful. They chose the PERFECT outfit, a beaded top and white palazzo pants. It was nothing any of us would have chosen, but it was beautiful and we were all thrilled. Their clothes are on the preppy side, but so are we, so we were delighted. They also have a great selection of shoes (from Jack Rogers to Cole Haan to Toms) and cute jewelry and candles. Do yourself a favor and pop in if you're in Roanoke for a visit or if you need the perfect thing for a special occasion. Really great store. read more

It's nice to see something upscale in the heart of the Roanoke Valley. They have a lot of dresses and jeans and accessories to choose from. Men can find some fashion help here as well. My one gripe is that they seem to carry only a few brands. The staff is very friendly and will help you find what you're looking for and give advice. They provide a pair of heels in the dressing room in case you're coming in wearing your sneakers from your hike up Mill Mountain. The prices are reasonable for the quality, but high compared to most of what you'll find around in the area. read more

310 Rosemont has been my favorite downtown store for four years. I always enjoy the window display for its creative edge. Sometimes they display their most expensive dresses, but then add folded paper pieces. It's always different. The interior design of the store is amazing, this coming from an Interior Design student. Brick + Green Paint + Wrought Iron Chandeliers is the perfect backdrop for a store of contemporary clothing. The store layout i fairly consistent, and makes sense. Dresses in front. Glorious designer denim table in the middle. Mens on the far left. My favorite section, sale, in the back on far right. I rarely buy something full-price because of all the triple-digits, and the sale section ranges from 40 to 80 percent off. Recently I got a DVF dress for 180 (with tax) marked down from 385. A splurge in my case, but too good to pass up. The dressing rooms are always fun. Spacious. Fun design. And the ever helpful pair of heels just in case you need them. The staff is usually diligent on taking the clothes off your hands while your looking to put them in an awaiting dressing room. My only complaint is inconsistent staff. Mostly they are kind and willing to help, but sometimes you get a snobbish vibe. Maybe it's cause i'm a young college student and won't spend over 100 dollars? Also, sizes. I have no right to complain for myself cause boutiques usually cater to my size 2-4. However, I must speak up for the average/plus-size crowd. I feel embarrassed every time I bring in my average build cousin to my favorite downtown store only for her to rarely find something the correct size. Hopefully in the future when the economy is better they can have a well-rounded stock. To end on a good note, I can thank 310 Rosemont for several classy pieces in my wardrobe that I will love for many years to come. read more

Do not shop here!!! I purchased a ring as a gift -knowing that it may not fit or be the exact style of that brand that my daughter wanted - but the sales associate assured me that the ring could be exchanged. When we tried to exchange it not only would they not allow us to do that, they also would not even exchange it for a gift card. If you want to be local then you need to support people shopping local as I could have ordered the ring on line for less and easily exchanged it with free shipping. read more
