It would appear that several positive reviews are fraudulent. Unreliable service, no-shows even after confirming timing, attempts to enforce undisclosed terms when you try to cancel. The written estimate doesn't match the actual service or policies. I cannot recommend this company. I've also filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau regarding the enforcement of undisclosed contract terms. Case number available upon request.

Derrick was the only one who was confident that he didn't need anyone to climb the trees, despite their size and placement on a fairly steep hillside. Every other service who came out was openly worried and expressed several concerns, which left me with very little faith in their capabilities. Derrick's crew arrived on time, and took down all five huge trees by the end of the same day. About a week or two later, I noticed that part of my driveway had been notched when the stump grinder was used on a tree that was really close to the driveway. I contacted Derrick and he was apologetic and immediately promised to have it repaired. He had a professional driveway service come out, make the patch, and fill the seam to join it to the main driveway. Great service, reasonable rates, and taking immediate care of an issue after the sale? What more could a homeowner ask for from any contractor? I'll be calling Derrick any time I need help with tree trimming or removal again.

My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. The trees and plants that were *supposed* to be there were overgrown, unhealthy, and we're even growing into the sidewalk so our neighbors were also impacted! Lyle and his team spent two days removing, spraying, trimming, pruning, yanking, cutting, and sweating to help get my yard not only as free as possible of invasive species, but looking quite nice! Of course when landscaping gets so neglected, the recovery process is going to be several seasons, but this is a great start. Lyle and Tom were extremely knowledgeable, educated me on the plants I have and how to maintain them myself as much as possible, were able to recommend native plants to replace some of the invasives with (other are just pests and need to go), and were communicative and up front about schedule, cost, and what was possible.
