321 Bounce is a great place to take kids to burn off some energy. I typically take my nephew (5) and my niece (2). He really likes the big slides and, of course, the video games. She likes the bouncy castle. I will say that overall it is a nice plane. The bounce toys look like they are a little weathered and they could probably use a good cleaning. The price to get in the door is very reasonable, $8 for an hour and a half. Also, kids can try the rock wall one time for $2. The drinks and the video games are a little steep. Also, the claw machine is a total ripoff as the claw is so loose it can't pick anything up. The staff is friendly, all be it very young. Parking can be a little tight and you have to be careful in the parking lot because kids dive out from in between the cars. We had a fun time at the party, but... this place is SO not worth what they charge. First off, if you miss their call when they try to contact you about setting up a time/making a deposit, you will be playing phone tag forever to try to get a hold of them. They never, ever answer the phone. Second, the staff is rude. The big lady who mans the front desk kept asking what one of our gifts was and why it was so big. Um, none of your business. Also, our pizzas were COLD. We told the lady at the front and all she had to say was, "Well I felt the box and they were piping hot." What? Maybe when you ordered them five hours ago. And one of the party hosts kept commenting on my purse. So unprofessional. I was like WTH? Is this broad going to swipe it or something?! Third, these people are SO unaccommodating. It was pouring rain the day we had our party, so there was lots of traffic and most of our guests were 20 minutes late. They didn't care. They just want you to get in and get out so they can take your money. Yes, we had fun playing on the equipment, but it is so NOT worth what they charge. For a party that barely lasted 2 hours and a few pizzas, we paid over $400. Oh, we paid for 10 balloons and they gave us 8. Can you not count??? And the "party host" that they discuss on their website doesn't do a DAMN THING except stand there, which made it really awkward in the party room when you're trying to socialize and you've got a stranger just standing there. And then they want you to tip them 15-20%... Excuse me? You want me to tip you $50 for just standing there? Oh, and there are multiple parties going on at once. Fortunately, when we first got there, the party was for a child who was similar in age to our 3 year old, so I didn't mind the little kids running around. But during the last 15 minutes of our time in the bouncy area, another party came in that consisted of 8-10 year old boys, who were very rowdy. Unsafe for kids 6 and under!! There is an area where small children will get trapped and if there is no adult in that inflatable to help the children, they will not be able to come out on their own. I paid my deposit of $100 for a birthday party, then a few days later we went to another child's birthday party there and I realized this safety concern for my 4 children (all 6 and under). I asked for a refund on my deposit and explained my concern. They said no on the phone. Wrote an email to the manager/owner, got no response after 4 days, resent the email, only to have them reply with 2 sentences "no refund". They wouldn't even allow me to use my deposit for free play when I could take my own children (and supervise them myself) and not worry about the safety of birthday party guests. They still said no. The birthday parties are not private, therefore if you have a party there, your guests may have to share the play area with bigger, more aggressive children. Save your money and go elsewhere!! Like other reviewers I found out my son who needs his glasses to see cannot play on the equipment even though he has soft plastic frames and plastic lenses. We have been to many bounce house parties and this was the first time anyone has absolutely said no to our son's very necessary eyeglasses. And the staff is rude and dismissive about it even though it would be safer for the kids to be able to SEE when playing on their equipment. There are many many other bounce houses that have better staff and actually care about kids. Don't plan your party here. Update: The manager kept saying it was in their Labor and Industry permits that they had to enforce their ridiculous no glasses policy. I contacted L&I directly and they told me this is not true. L&I have recommendations to keep the guests safe as possible on bounce house equipment because it is in the interest of the businesses to keep the guests safe. But L&I has no policy to enforce the no glasses rule. There would be no regulatory action taken if 321 Bounce let people keep their glasses on. So 321 Bounce's claim that it is out of their hands is total BS. read more

I went there as a guest for the birthday party, and my son had to buy socks as he was wearing slippers, ok, no big deal. In play area even adults had to remove shoes and wear socke ??? why?? Rules. This place is okay. First off, we had a birthday party there for my son and also have gone to multiple parties and they're not that bad! There is a staff member that's assigned to help host your party. They provide a cart for you to bring in snacks, drinks and whatever else for the party from your car. They set the table, put the food and party favors out... they even help estimate how big the pieces of cake should be cut for the amount of guests you have. When you're in the play area, it's clean... It almost feels like they wipe everything down with something that makes it even more slippery. (COOL!) There's free air hockey, a little play area with blocks and stuff for younger children and a great massage chair! Your host will make an announcement for all the children to sit for a picture of the entire party, then will escort your guests to the party room. All of my experiences there have been good. So I was TERRIFIED to have my party here after reading the reviews, however I had already put the deposit down and there's no getting it back once you've paid it. Starting off, getting ahold of someone here was extremely challenging. I think I called for about 4 days before getting ahold of someone. We decided not to order the pizza, due to the fact that they charge $18 per pizza and when we were coming in, Papa Johns was delivering pizza in. No thanks. You can bring in your own food but it has to be dry, non-perishible items. We had popcorn, pretzles, trailmix and crackers which everyone seemed to be happy with. We also brought in our own water bottles and capri suns. The prices for stuff there was outragous. A pinata was $40!!!! Again. No. Thanks. We actually had a lot of fun jumping. All the kids and adults had a wonderful time. Be sure, whether you are jumping or not you MUST have socks on. We had a lot of adults who were not jumping wearing flip flops and they were not allowed in without socks and ended up having to buy them from the front counter. (They are $1) Our hostess was VERY helpful. She set up everything, monitored the party, did all the serving and cleaned up everything. She was very nice and social with everyone. They are pretty strict on their time limits, but she kept everything going smoothly and although it felt a bit rushed at the end we had a wonderful time. As much fun as I had I probably would not do another birthday party here strictly for how expensive it was. We spent close to $400 after the tip and that was just for the party. Im shocked by all the negative reviews. My experience with this location has always been exceptional. Ive attended 3 birthday parties here and recently hosted one for my five year old as well. All three of my kids, ages ranging from less than 1 to 7, always love going to 321 bounce. They beg to go back and strlart planning their next birthday party as soon as we leave. As a parent who hasn't had to deal with any of the actual direct communication with their staff - this place is pretty neat. I could see how it could get nightmarish fast considering the age difference combos that may come up, but we had a great time. The place wasn't any more dirty than any other kid place like that is, and the bounce houses were WAY cleaner than other bounce houses I've seen at birthday parties. I would have given one star, except that we had attended a birthday party and did not pay for anything ourselves... First, the previous reviews are all correct - unorganized, staff who don't seem to enjoy being around children, confusion - one family left before the birthday party even started!! We attended a birthday party last Saturday and if that's what a typical Saturday looks like then I would never go back! The staff in the play area did not differentiate the two parties that were there, and our girl took pictures with both parties because they weren't told who's party was doing their pictures at the time. The lady who announced that it was time for pizza informed us that we were not in that party so we had to wait - ok, understandable. But amongst the confusion one of the families left before the actual party! The "pinata" isn't even a real one - they have strings to pull instead of hitting it with a stick, and they were very concerned about not damaging it since they re-use them. There wasn't even enough candy in the pinata, they had to bring in a bowl of candy and tossed it on the kids! Second, I don't think this is worth the cost at all. We have gone to community events where the bounce houses are free, and basically the same as the ones here. IF the staff were more kid-friendly, energetic, or even customer-service driven, it might be a little more worth it. We recently attended a party here, and I was excited to check it out for future party options. I was shocked to find out that 321 Bounce does not allow children with vision issues (glasses) to participate at their venue. My child was told that she could not participate at the party because of her vision issues - and that it was not safe to wear glasses, nor safe for her to bounce without them. If looking for a great place for a party, I would STRONGLY recommend Pump It Up in Kirkland, who are far-friendlier and are not breaking ADA laws, and do allow kids/adults with vision issues and glasses to participate. The front desk staff was rude, and obviously interested in booking the parties inquiring on the phone, instead of giving customer service to the people on site. While it was clean, there is no reason to bring a party here... and would not recommend it. read more

Terrible customer service. We had a birthday party scheduled and then needed to reschedule. We cancelled the party three weeks prior to the event with one person, but needed to come up with another date. We tracked down another date called another person, but that was now within the two week requirement, but plenty of time for them to reschedule. No reuse of the deposit for the new date. Not acceptable, no follow up from the first person saying that there would be a loss of deposit if I did not re-book within a few days. Will not be using them in the future which probably costs them a few thousand a year with four kids and company functions. Too bad. read more

My kids attended a party here for a fellow kindergartener. At the same time, in the same bouncy area there was a party for a forth grader with all their fourth and fifth grade friends. The smaller kids from the party we were attending were being absolutely run over by the bigger kids. The staff did nothing to make sure the kids attending the younger party were okay, but wouldn't allow the parents with toddlers to simply take their own children down the slides. It is crazy to me that two different parties worth of children would all be thrown in together, but to have such a disparity in age and size is flat out negligent. We will not be back. read more

Went for a birthday party for one of my child's friends. Left to run some errands. Came back. They couldn't find my kid. Looked everywhere and finally found him still in the play area playing air hockey with some random guy. There's no attendance, no way of separating kids out for parties and no tracking. No one had any idea what was going on. I honestly thought I could leave my kid at a birthday party with adult supervision but apparently not. Plus they let in random dudes with no kids. Could have been a disaster. We shall never book a party there. It's not safe. The management should really look over the safety of the kids. read more

If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. I'm writing this mid party in tears because of the ridiculous and not at all transparent rules! They flat out discriminate against kids with glasses- even sports glasses which are made for contact sports. I don't know how they haven't been sued yet. Unlike every other birthday place I've been to, they only allow carrot and celery sticks to be brought in, siting health codes about perishable foods. Are we to assume carrots and celery are not perishable? This makes no sense. You can only order pizza through them, to be prepared by the business of their choice. If a pizza is prepared by a business off site, does it matter which business? They all follow the same health code rules. I expect they probably also own the pizza place. All of these rules are only sited in the FAQ, not any page about holding a party here. If they were transparent about the rules, they would be right there on the party detail page. But I expect that lots of people would skip having their event here if they did, so maybe it's just a savvy business move. The manager was passive aggressive and completely infuriating. "Well, most people read the FAQ before booking the party." Maybe people who have questions! It's called FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS, not REQUIRED READING. At least the kids are having fun. read more

If I could give this despicable place zero or negative stars I would. My daughter tried to attend a birthday party there today but was asked to leave in front of her seven-year-old friends because she did not remove her glasses. When I tried to explain to the employee that my daughter could not see anything without them, she said " then she has to leave" and walked us off the bouncy house floor as her friends looked on. My daughter cried in the car on the way home asking why she couldn't go to the party because she wore glasses. There are many other bouncy houses in the area that allow glasses. I actually feel a little relieved after seeing such terrible reviews of 321 Bounce because now I know I'm not the only one. I had a terrible experience there today and will never go back. I took my 2 1/2 year old daughter to a drop off play time. It's the day after Labor Day and kids are back in school so it was just us and one other mother/son in the whole place. The very rude and unaccommodating woman at the front desk told me to go ahead and jump with my daughter (even though I'm pregnant). I made sure to make a big deal to her that it was our first time there and ask what the rules were. I went in a few of the bouncy things but just sat in the corner letting my daughter jump - jumping isn't all that comfortable when you're pregnant so I was fine watching! I agree with earlier comments that the toys are NOT for younger kids. My daughter is in the 97 percentile of height and is inches taller than some of the boys she is friends with who are older than 3 and even 4...and she not only got stuck a few times (and I had to pull her out), but she also had trouble getting up the "ladders" and climbing things in almost every bouncy house. That meant I needed to boost her up. On several occasions I backed down the ladder instead of going down the slide, but on several, you are stuck once you get in it and have to go through it or down a slide in order to get OUT. A very stern Asian woman came over to me and pointed to this really big slide and told me I can't go down it because I'm pregnant. No problem. I said I'd wait at the bottom. Later, I was sitting in the corner of another of the bouncy houses and that same lady came over to me and just stood there glaring at me. Umm...I thought this was supposed to be a FUN place to take your kids. I felt SO uncomfortable the whole time. The lady walks away, and my daughter heads over to another bouncy house that she can do herself, so I waited outside. Minutes later the big lady from the front desk comes back and tells me I can't go in any of the bouncy things. I explained that I was sitting inside some of them because my daughter will not go in several of them unless I'm there, and I'm glad I had because she got stuck under several of the things and I had to pull her out by her feet before she suffocated. The lady walks away shrugging, saying it doesn't matter - that I still can't. So stay off them. The way they handled this was SOOOO rude. read more

Came here for a birthday party and my kids had a blast. The only thing I didn't like was the person who was leading/supervising our party nor the person at the front desk seemed like they were not into kids. I feel if your going to work at a place that caters to children you should be able to connect with them. The front desk person seemed bored with her job while the coordinator or whoever she was very short with adults and did not seem to know how to speak to the children. I would bring my kids back just to play but defiantly would not pay for a birthday party here if they can't even hire a kid friendly staff. The place itself is cool, but the staff are not friendly at all and create an undesired environment for kids. They also rush you non stop and make you purchase the pinada from them ($40), no outside food is allowed, so 5 cheese pizzas from papa johns cost $90.... I'm sure there are better places out there for kids parties....never having it here again and I do no recommend you do either!!!! read more

Came during an open house day at 9:30, the place was empty we were the only family in the place which was fun. Paid 6 bucks for a kid play time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Maybe it was still early but the AC couldn't keep up with our rising body temperature quick enough. The place is okay, typical bounce house play place. read more

We are in the process of booking our THIRD party here (three years in a row) because my son (turning 5) LOVES it! This place is great - the staff is kind and helpful, the equipment is in good shape, the activity is physical and gets kids moving. The only wish I have is that the party rooms were a little bigger, but I have huge parties so it may be just me. I would say the rooms can accommodate over 20 kids, but when you get lots of adults in it becomes a little tight. Working full time I appreciate NOT having to set up and clean up a party - plus my kiddo is happily worn out at the end! Pizza is great as are the goodie bags (not cheap toys), the only thing I bring is a veggie platter! read more

My daughter loves the open play times! She is 3 and can do pretty much all of it. Apparently a planned party isn't a good idea here, but just for fun- I love it. Didn't get the full 5 stars because they won't allow under 2 years old to go on anything and my youngest is now at the age where she really wants to go on them, but even w/ me hovering right there with her, she can't. So may have to wait a while before going again until she's 2. We've only been to the Everett location and I like that it seems like I always see folks cleaning and it's all in one big room. But all of the people in our group did not want to be inside with the rude staff and this owner - as they found many ways to take the fun out of our event. Most other bounce places in the area have a 6 and under time slot but not here. Also their front desk staff doesn't care about anybody but themselves. RUDE STAFF. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Not understanding about dealing with disabilities appropriately. In particular, they would not allow my child to wear her protective eyewear and were not nice about it in front of my child. The lady seemed to take pleasure in enforcing the rule IMHO, and kept bringing up terminating staff, which is also a toxic attitude IMHO. BTW my child has to wear them to protect her only eye from injury. We have been here before several times for parties without them enforcing this rule, and I cannot find it posted on their web site. The customer service at this place is terrible. We are scheduled to have our kid's party here and have paid the deposit, so are locked in. So far this is the experience: you are only allow to bring in a very limited list of food items for the party. Not pre-cut fruit, for instance. Crazy. Separately, trying to get someone on the phone or trying to speak with anyone with the capacity to make a decision is apparently not possible. I am so disgusted with this place. My friend had her son's birthday party there and was having major issues with the deposit. She went round and round with them. Then the party starts. We were the only group there. They have a little trolley that you put your gifts on. After the play we went in for pizza, cake, presents. When he started to open, I noticed my gift wasn't there. So a few of us girls went looking. Found it in another room with the light off in the corner. WOW!!! We were the last party of the day. Only one party. They tried to steal the gift!!! I just can't even believe this place. And reading the other reviews I'm having a hard time understanding how they aren't closed down yet. I plan on letting the BBB and attorney general's office know about this place. Sorry this place doesn't even deserve one star. If I could give this place 0 starts, I would. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with 321 Bounce! We went there for a birthday party, & during the "rules" film, it said that no glasses of any kind were allowed, while showing a picture of a girl wearing sunglasses with stars on them. The birthday girl immediately started crying big tears & hugging my daughter (they're all 6 years old), & saying that it means that my daughter can't come to her birthday party, cause she won't be able to see without her glasses! Of course, I went over & talked to the manager, & asked if they were serious that my daughter can't wear her glasses, that she wears to that she can SEE? She told me that if she doesn't take off her glasses, she can't play on the equipment. I said if my daughter gets hurt on their "equipment" because she can't see, they can expect a lawsuit, & I definitely won't be having any parties there, & will advise my friends the same. She said back to me that the waiver that I signed when I came in releases them from any liability from my daughter getting hurt, so that won't be happening. Then she walked away. How rude!!! I was SO upset! If it wasn't for one of my daughters friends birthday party, I would have taken my daughter & left right then! The damage was done, & the birthday girl didn't even want to play with my daughter during the party any more, & left each play area if my daughter tried to join her there to play. For a children's establishment, this is the most ridiculous place ever. This is the first time ever my son has been denied access because he wears prescription glasses and cannot see without them. I have come to this place at least 5 times in the last 10 years but all of a sudden this rule was brought up today when we came as part of a birthday party. No where does it state that on the waiver or online. I read their website after the "manager" told me that is was there. It's not. My son needs to wear glasses. It's not that he can't read without them. He can't SEE without them! And tonight he wasn't even wearing glasses. He was wearing his sports goggles. Rubber, no glass, no metal, approved to get hit with a ball in the face. The "manager" didn't want to listen to the difference. She was very submissive and on a power trip. We attended a birthday party here this past weekend and had a horrible experience. The staff member in charge of the party told us upon arrival that my 3 year old son could not wear his glasses in the bounce house. Aside from the fact they are non-breakable glasses and have a strap that goes around his head to keep them on, he literally cannot see without him. Without glasses he has no depth perception and can hurt himself or others by running into them. Everyone would be safer when he is wearing his glasses. We explained this to the staff member working but were continually harassed by her throughout the remainder of the party. We will never come here again. They made us feel unwelcome and my son feel very self conscious about his glasses. We have been to plenty of bounce houses and have never been treated this way. Shame on you 321 bounce! read more
