I can't believe we live so close and I'd never even heard of this place. We usually go to Elevated Sportz or Flying Squirrel, so Sky Zone wasn't even on my radar. Another parent mentioned it during an Easter egg hunt, and I figured we'd check it out so my kids could compare before deciding where to have their birthday party. We came in this morning, filled out the waiver, and the staff walked us through the pricing and membership options. Then, out of nowhere, they told us not to worry about paying for today (thanks Claire) --just grab the grip socks. That honestly caught me off guard. You don't really see that kind of approach much anymore. It felt like they were confident enough in what they offer to just let the experience speak for itself. My kids had a great time and ended up choosing this as their birthday spot. So while they let us try it out for free today, they probably just locked in a party that'll cost me over $1k. Customer service was great all around. Only small downside--it was a little cold inside. read more

Very much mixed reviews here. Positive: First of all, the place is wildly and almost endlessly entertaining for children of all ages. There are times when my kids drag me here 4-5 times a week, and that's still not enough! The space is clean: very clean, and the staff does a fantastic job of maintaining the cleanliness throughout the day. As for said staff, although young (high school age mostly), they are all incredibly helpful and friendly. The price is unbeatable; it almost seems unfair to the franchisee. It can get pricey if you pay the daily rates, but you can't go wrong with a membership. Just two trips a month and you're ahead. That being said, we do always end up spending at least $50 every time between new socks (you can buy and reuse, however we forget to bring them 9, times out of 10). Then food, ice cream, arcade. But even with those, it's still a bargain. Neutral: The food is, sub-par. It's very limited (chicken tenders, nachos, pizza, pretzels, fries) and everything always tastes.....off. we've had everything multiple times, and it's consistent, so it wasn't a one off. Kind of tastes like they bake their fried foods. Which given the inexperience of the staff, understand. The food is fine for kids, but anyone with a palate over 17 should temper their expectations. There are signs everywhere saying no outside food or drinks, but we seem to be the only ones that respects it. Do with that information what you will. Challenges/opportunities: While the staff is super friendly and helpful, they don't seem to enforce any of the rules. Older kids are running over little kids everywhere, other parents set up shop like they own the place, a whole family even took over the balcony to set up their own private birthday party because they didn't want to pay the birthday party costs, which made it so I couldn't go up and watch my kids from there. I've seen fast food bags from every chain in western Washington in the building. My favorite is when people bring a cooler full of Tupperware filled with food from home. Then there's the other "guests": we spent a good 4 hours there the other day, and I don't think I heard English spoken by a single person, which is fine, but again, do with that information what you will. It's challenging sometimes, though, for my children and any of my children's friends we bring to play here to understand the play style of kids who might be brought up with a different set of values. While understanding and respecting other traditions of cultures is valuable, when they're there, I just want them to play and be kids. Then there's the chairs. Those f****ng massage chairs. They have 4 massage chairs you can pay to use, but other parents are constantly using them as lounge chairs while their kids play, which would be fine if they didn't let out the loudest, most obnoxious, smoke alarm- rivaling beep if you sit in them without paying for it. Not a day has gone by without some absolutely clueless guardian sitting there, either oblivious or ignorant to the fact that they're making everyone else borderline homicidal with that beeping. That beep can be heard from every corner of the building, and it's bad. Really, really bad. Maybe if the employees were empowered, or motivated to ask people not to sit in them without paying? Or better yet, they could put up a gentle sign asking people not to sit in them without using them for their intended use? Although we've already addressed how well the other signs work. We've had a membership her for over a year and my kids really enjoy it. It's a great on a rainy day or a way too hot to be outside day. It can be frustrating when bigger kids are rough housing and making it harder for the young ones to be safe. Other than that it's been a great form of exercise for my kids. read more

I love sky zone it is so fun and enjoyable and the workers are so outgoing they give us challenges and they're very friendly. One worker Chelsea is great. She loves to give challenges and gives sky zone the spark that it needs. There is also another worker hunter. He is a very good employee he uses his time well he does his job and he's overall great. He's very fun, outgoing friendly, and he's great with kids. So overall, I love sky zone. read more

this company's credit card/membership process does not work well. They have their staff tell you you can sign-up and then cancel if you don't want it later. Well, it's really hard to cancel and even when I've had confirmation, I still get charged. Others have complained across different skyzone locations about similar things. Don't fall for it. read more

We have been members for several months. those months were kinda rough. lack of proper customer service, cleanliness, and mostly employees wanting to chat with each other than their job. Although recently they have gone through some major management changes and you can tell. The whole atmosphere and care of the park is so much better, not perfect, but it is better. we come almost daily, the food is over priced, some food is ok tasting, the value of the price for what you get at the park is really good. they have activities for all ages, plenty of seating for bystander. Bathrooms are generally clea. The park does run cold, expectedly so since the kids are crazy active, so bring a sweater. Most of the front desk staff are phenomena! Friendly, kind, understanding! If you came in 2025 and weren't impressed, I highly recommend giving them another try! My 6 yr old daughter loves it here and has made a whole group of friends! read more

Avoid at all cost - absolutely ill-intentionally carried out marketing tactic. When we initially signed up for a month pass (hoping we would come back at least one more time before the next billing), we were told "you can cancel anytime before the new billing cycle date, it is super easy". However, when we reached out to cancel on the last day of the billing cycle, they were not answering so we left a message. As we were getting anxious of a potential outcome of being charged for another month, we reached out via online inquiry/email. Now we are being told that it would have had to be cancelled via online portal, which we apparently were supposed to sign up by creating an account, which was not explained to us in the beginning. Needless to say, we absolutely feel taken advantage of by them and the local office did not provide any help other than saying "unfortunately we can't help you here, you would have to contact the website", which we already did. read more

Bottom line: they make cancelling or getting a refund, even on your membership renewal date, impossible. Here's what I wrote to my (fairly huge) parenting group in the Seattle area. Heads up for ShadyZone visitors - if you don't cancel your membership **at least** 3 days in advance, they will run your CC# and ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY refuse to cancel or refund that charge, no matter how nicely or persistently you ask. If some of those 3 days involves a weekend, good luck getting through to an agent to process the request. In fact, the agent you finally do reach will either read a script or paste into chat a pretty pathetic and obviously well-worn "you signed a contract, this is on you!" argument rather than just doing the common-sense/decent thing and accept the cancellation request. Because, you know, exhausted parents love nothing more than having someone rip you off and then tell you its your own damn fault. I probably won't convince any of you to not patronize this dickish grab-your-cash company because we all need a place for our kiddos to get their wiggles out... but for the love of god don't let them rip money out of your wallet when you're done - if you need to cancel, do it well in advance of the renewal date or face the wrath of their ZombieJerk customer service desk. I will say that this location does not live up to others in the area. It is a smaller park with less activities for kids and general space. There are very few trampolines. The cafe and food was actually pretty good and the staff were friendly and were actually keeping the areas safe but on a weekend this place is a mad house and very cramped and noisy. I would go to other trampoline parks in the area before this one. read more

Stay away from this place! What a disaster. Lots of frustrations, but the deal break was when we arrived to book a slot, they said we had to wait almost an hour for an open time. However their website showed an open slot 20 minutes from now. After pointing that out, the cashier said they preferred to not sell the earlier slots in person. We had our child's birthday here. It was a reasonable price as long as you sign up for their membership. As far as the trampoline park itself, it's a pretty cool place. Big, spacious, lots of different activities to do. I've seen our son enjoy at least all of them with his friends. We got to the trampoline park at the agreed time, they got us in easily. The service however was garbage! The employees are ALL kids. Half of them look like zombies doing their jobs. The kitchen staff is bologna! I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and he goes to the back, comes back out and tells me they're out. So I order curly fries. After 20 minutes of waiting I started to get irritated. I was looking back into the kitchen and saw the lady preparing my fries (slow as a sloth) and eating them off the pan at the same time (like a pig)! Literally 10 seconds after picking a fry off my order she comes out and hands it to me like I didn't see anything. I was disgusted. As far as the server for the birthday party. Checked out. She looked like she has never had a happy day at work. Partly though I don't blame her. After dealing with the "team lead". Some super senior kid who probably is peaking in life right now as team lead at sky zone. I saw him make a kid from my party cry by yelling at him because he was running. Also was extremely disrespectful in the end after paying them nearly $600, scolding me for allowing my son to take one of his friends who was waiting for their parents to go play after eating. I DO NOT recommend the ELITE package for party. It is way to long to spend with these kind of people. Service is trash. I ONLY recommend this place to come for a personal jump day with your kid. And make sure to go eat somewhere else before doing so. We got the membership which is worth it. My only complaint is the food prices ($4.50 for a 20 ounce soda and can only cook one pizza at a time??)and my biggest complaint is being REQUIRED to wear their jump socks. Why can't customers wear their own jump socks is like all the other jump parks? Here's the issue: 1. The jump socks are super cheap. Flimsy. 2. My sons wear size 13, 14 and 17 in men's shoes. The socks damn near cut off their circulation. Even though we have socks for their sizes, the employees keep telling them no they can't jump if they aren't wearing Skyzone socks so they have to squish their feet in skyzone socks which is ridiculous and causes pain. Not equitable at all. Portland doesn't require this so why does MLT? We will ride out the membership and continue going elsewhere until they change the sock policy for the big and tall customers. **Will update rating when they have bigger socks or allow other jump socks at the park. read more

Totally love this park, but the fumes they spray to use as a deodorizer is nauseating. I leave with a massive headache and my throat hurts. I can't sit anywhere by where they have the sprays and that's pretty much everywhere seating is. I guarantee what's in those sprays are toxic because I don't feel good after. I've already complained to the staff to let the manager/owner know. I would like the sprays removed. read more

We bought the membership over Christmas cause it was a good deal. We had been to other skyzones in CA/NY and were impressed by how big they were and the amount of trampolines and activities. We show up at this one after paying nearly $400 for two memberships and we were really disappointed at how small it is compared to other skyzones (my bad for buying a membership sight unseen). There's only one trampoline area (maybe 12-16 squares) and it gets SO crowded cause it's not very big. With that being said, if you can go when it's not busy, it's great for kids 3-10 so I'm giving it 4 stars. My kids love the obstacle course and the trampolines read more

Cool trampoline park. Smells terrible. Super loud. And whoever runs their kitchen needs help. It took almost 25 minutes to make a tiny basket of waffle fries that they false advertise as a "heaping" basket of fries. Also the girl in the back was picking fries out of my order and eating them. We've been to all the other trampoline parks, and this one is by far the best. Prices are great, there's lots for the kids to do, and the staff is insanely friendly. Since this location opened a couple weeks ago, we've been here almost every day. The Elite Membership is the way to go if you plan on coming more than once a month. There's almost nothing negative I can say about this place except the churros. If whoever is in charge of ingredient ordering sees this, you either need to get these from another supplier, or if you're by chance making them in house you gotta use more sugar. I was expecting a cinnamon/sugar taste like a normal churro, and it just tastes like stale bread with no flavor. Aside from that, this place is amazing. read more

This place is great for older kids but I would not recommend for younger kids. We went with a 7 year old and a 4 year old- the 7 year old really enjoyed it, although most of the kids there seemed to be in the 10-13 year old range. It didn't seem safe for my four year old to be jumping around in the same areas as teenagers- she was bumped around, pushed and trampled over several times. There is one section with a small foam pit and some dome mats that kids try to jump from one to the other. While some older kids were jumping, they were landing on other younger and smaller kids in the foam pit. One little girl who was 5 had a boy who looked to be about 12 land on her head. That area in particular didn't seem safe. It would be great if they had an area sectioned off for the younger kids, or if they advertised that this place is only for older kids. Overall, older kids (8ish and over) would have a blast here, and would be great for older kids birthday parties, but I definitely had safety concerns as well. read more
