We've had a membership her for over a year and my kids really enjoy it. It's a great on a rainy day or a way too hot to be outside day. It can be frustrating when bigger kids are rough housing and making it harder for the young ones to be safe. Other than that it's been a great form of exercise for my kids.

You do have to buy their socks.... Even if you've brought the same type, lots of fun, usually packed in the weekends

The host was super helpful throughout checking in, helping set things up, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Food was good and convenient for a party setting, nothing over the top, but it did the job and the kids were happy. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a low-stress, fun birthday party venue where kids can run around. I do wish their party packages had extended hours. 2 hours didn't seem like enough.

I appreciate that the play structure is designed tall enough for parents to navigate as needed too, even on upper levels. There was also plenty of space for parents to hang out and watch. The party room was totally serviceable (we booked a 12-kid package with 7 kids and 12 adults, which meant some of the adults were standing (12 chairs), but it worked fine and it didn't feel crowded). I am glad we booked a larger party size than needed so some adults could sit! You are allowed in 30 minutes before your start time to decorate - and they leave blue painter's tape for you. I pre-staged one wall mural, two tablecloths, a banner, and some hanging decorations in a tub and that transformed the plain space quickly and perfectly for a kid's party. Food was better than I expected for a play zone cafeteria - pizza was included in the package, and we added a half-tray of chicken tenders (very popular), which came with fries, and a half-tray of fruit (which the kids loved and was fresh). Lemonade was tasty too. Had a whole pizza left over! The only outside food you can bring is a "celebratory dessert" - easy!! Our party host on the day of the party was sweet, accommodating, and low-key while also checking in the perfect amount. All other staff onsite were also welcoming and helpful. I can see how two hours could be tight for some folks, but they're very upfront about the expectations, and it was no big deal - I just kept an eye on the clock and moved things along. Booking was a little confusing on the website (a larger room size was incorrectly showing for the smaller party package), but their party coordinator got me fixed after I screwed up my reservation initially. Overall, this was a great party experience, and we'd do it again. Low-key, so much just handled for you... Thanks, Kaity and Ridge Staff!

You need to register on their website if you don't go during open play. They have a party room and you can host birthday parties there. The inflatables are better than the Arena Sports ones I have gone to. They have air hockey tables. And a bean bag toss game. There is a useless hurricane simulator thing it's literally 2 dollars for a strong fan being blown on you. Lol don't bother. But the inflatables are great and in decent condition. Some need to be stitched up here and there. The bathrooms were clean and they have water fountains. The vending machine was out of order when I was there. The customer service was 50% good. And I mean that literally, 2 employees I interacted with were friendly and 2 were unfriendly and lazy. That is for 2 separate visits. There is a lot of wall space for arcade games they could add. All in all it's worth a visit, I just don't go very often.

I docked a star just because I wish they had everyone take off their shoes on the carpet area of each room. Everyone jumping needs to wear socks in the inflatables but when they get out they are still running around with their socks on while parents are there wearing their dirty shoes. So the area isn't really sanitary. I've never been to a Pump It Up establishment before. This location had two rooms with inflatables. The third room was for eating. I loved that 2 high chairs were included in that third room. Loved that it was an IKEA high chair just because we use that at home too.

The employees walk around constantly, showing they care about the place and taking good care of it. The only annoying thing is their claim that you must buy their specific brand of socks because of "insurance policies." That is total crap. No insurance company mandates a specific retail brand name of socks; they only care about general safety and grip. Using that excuse feels a little insulting to me. However, I don't care too much i'll buy the socks without doubt and support the business, because this is a great place. We will definitely come back here all the time because the facility itself is amazing! Thanks all we are more than happy to continue giving you our business

Online ticket reservation was easy, paying for just the child's ticket while adults are free (phew). Reading previous reviews, it seems they gave out their own grippy socks at one point, but I came prepared with my son having his own which was fine per the front desk. The interior is well thought out and planned for kids to go around exploring: 2 indoor climbing structures, 2 excavator pits (literally the most unique attraction that we never had ourselves growing up), a small child/ young toddler area, and pretend play police/fire station, movie theater and 3 ride-on animals. There's ample comfy seating for adults to lounge, because we all need to dissociate from our kids at times. Overall the environment was clean, nothing looked too worn down outside expectations, and all the staff were friendly. If you plan on spending 2+ hours here, the young ones will get hungry, which leaves you at the mercy of having to pay on-site inflation for snacks or a bulkier meal; at least the options are relatively "healthier" for kids, but you should lower expectations for yourself. Personally I could've made that $8 cup of mac and cheese better... all while avoiding a curdled cheese sauce. I'd like to think $25 admission for a weekday AM was sufficient to give my 4yo the space he needed, but crowds can still build up by mid-AM; I don't foresee smaller toddlers doing well if you are worried about the bigger kids possibly trampling over them. Heads up, just received an email that they're increasing prices and mandating their own $5 grippy socks, as I'm typing this near the end of March 2026 :(
