These guys really went above and beyond with there photobooth at our wedding reception in Canlis (also 5 stars) on August 25th, 2012. from the build up to the day, everything went as planned. The staff memeber on the night (wish I could remember her name) was great, informative, personal and low key. THEN, to top it all you get a book with all your photos and personal messages from all your guests given to you on the night, followed up with a disc with all your photos (B&W and Color) within a week. We used 321 Foto based on my wedding planner's recommendations (Megan Keller at A Kurant Event- also highly recommend). We were not disappointed! They come with the best props- a huge variety, they have great energy and a positive attitude all night long and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Guests at the wedding received their strips of photos on the spot. After the wedding I received a book with all the strips of photos as well as a DVD with the digital photos on it. Unfortunately, I lost the DVD when my car was broken into well after the wedding and 321 Foto were kind enough to promptly upload a digital link via email to me- that way I would never lose it again! We used 321 Foto's Photo Booth for 4 hours for our wedding last weekend, and we were extremely pleased with their service and the finished product. My husband and I found them when we won tickets to go to the Urban Unveiled wedding show last fall, and after staring at our photo strip from their booth for a few months, we knew they would be the right booth to have at our wedding. Communicating with them was a breeze, and they even designed a custom graphic for our photo strips! Shana was in charge of the photo booth, and all our guests raved about how fun it was to use (there was a fun prop kit!), and the beautiful quality of the black and white photos. We purchased a three hour slot with prints for our wedding, and I would do so again in a heartbeat - my husband's family must have spent half the night fiddling with the props they provided and posing for goofy photos. Christy took great care of us and the photos turned out to be crisp, colorful, and flattering, even with the silliest poses and faces. I also will treasure the guest book that they put together for us forever; our guests were able to write notes next to extra copies of their photo strips, while still walking away with their own copies to remember the wedding by. We went to the huge Seattle wedding show with finding 2 vendors in mind. One was a photo booth ... I have to admit we literally tried out every photo booth service there, which was likely around a dozen. We ended up going with 321 foto because of a number of reasons. #1 being the quality... the photo resolution (being able to print out the images later in a larger size was not something most photo booths offered), the lighting quality (the pictures just looked better ...you look better in the photos...), the ability to customize (raise or lower the camera to where you want it... important to my fiancé and I who are tall ... I don't think anyone else offered this. Others said they could tilt the camera up but that's not the same thing and not a flattering angle for most people) We also loved the quality and variety of backgrounds. They even had one specifically designed for our venue already (the ruins). The photo strip text art she created was beautiful too. And she didn't use cheesy props! We were happy about that. We wanted fun pictures with our guests but something we also would want to frame too. I have some amazing photo booth pics with my husband, family, friends, 94 year old grandma, etc all that I plan on printing/framing/cherishing always. Finally, Marilee was so sweet, helpful and all around wonderful to work with. Even at the wedding, she was above and beyond. We had a lil issue at the wedding (what wedding doesn't?) but when I was near her she was trying to comfort me and again so amazing. I will say their service is not the cheapest out there but there's many reasons for that. The service and product on every level is far superior. Definitely would recommend a million times over. This was a major hit at our wedding last weekend at our home on Bainbridge. Really, I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and their product. We ordered the wedding package for the evening, which included a photo book and DVD. You should definitely consider the book. Our wedding photographer recommended 321Foto as the best photo booth company in the Seattle area, and initially we were quite disappointed. Communication seems to be lacking - we were told we'd be able to pay early, and had to follow up several times to get an invoice; we were promised a designed image for our photo booth strips, and it was several weeks later that we actually received it; emails weren't answered, etc. However, these organizational issues fell aside as our guests LOVED the photo booth at our reception. The attendants were incredible: making suggestions for different poses (act scared, blow a kiss, etc.) and keeping our guests involved and having fun. The best part? We hired 321 Foto for our wedding at the MV Skansonia on Sep 26, 2014. They were amazing. The photobooth is vintagey but high tech with a screen and counter, the attendant was SUPER sweet and so professional, plus we got an awesome book right after the wedding with guest photo strips and hand written messages which is still so fun to look at. The back curtain was perfect because you could accommodate 6 people easily. We had so many comments that the photobooth was a nice touch. I love this company! I hired them for my wedding and it was a huge hit. My parents are still talking about it two months later (not the wedding, just the photo booth!) I found the communication beforehand to be swell. They were upfront about pricing options and I feel like every email was answered in a reasonable timeframe. We used 321 Foto at our wedding 10/8/16 at the Palace Ballroom after finding them at the Weddings in Woodinville show. Our guests were so entertained. If people weren't on the dance floor, they were taking pictures! The album is a fabulous keepsake. I rented a photo booth from 321Foto for my company's holiday party. From booking to payment to the actual event, the staff communicated well, was very friendly and helpful, showed up on time, and made everything go smoothly. I feel bad that I can't remember the gal's name who ran the booth at our event, but she was very approachable and great at helping a bunch of rowdy drunkards end up with some wonderful photographs (she also assured me they could delete any uncouth pictures from our gallery to avoid trouble!). We enjoyed the online gallery after the event, and although I forgot to get more than two picture strips, ended up with some great photos. Luckily we saved $200 with a holiday package they were offering, and everyone loved the props. For an attendant, unlimited photos and an online gallery, the price was reasonable.
