They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that! Definitely will work with them again in the future! The photobooth stands are sleek and aesthetically please, perfect for parties, weddings, etc! They arrived early and full of spunk and energy. They were incredibly fast and ready for the group of 200 people. They took photos for 90 minutes and probably a bit longer than that due to how popular they were. You pick out the color background you want to use, and they bring tons of props. From funny sunglasses to trophies to signs, they have a wide array to choose from to use. 5"x7" color prints come out on the spot. I was also emailed all of the photos taken via a link which was easy for me to upload to the team to access their digital pics. Love the energy and fun Kyle and Matt brought to our event. There was a decibel limit at the wedding location and Matthew handled that limitation perfectly. He also did not hesitate to move his heavy equipment between floors so that the reception audio was handled just as professionally. He even willing stayed past the contracted hour without hesitation or complaining. I'm sure that he is a remarkable DJ; the only reason we did not have him "spinning records" is the decibel limitation. I would contract for his services again in a heartbeat; I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of audio setup and his professionalism.

He also set up the system at his office to show me how it all worked. Paul was extremely flexible for pickup and drop off as well. He saved me a trip by letting me pickup the system earlier than I had first requested. (I was in the area picking up guests that had flown in). I just gave him a call and he met me at his office after he was done with another delivery. The same goes for drop-off as I had a little too much fun at the party and wasn't going to make it Sunday afternoon like we had previously planned. I sent him a text and again Paul was extremely accommodating and allowed me to drop the speakers off the next morning instead. Overall awesome service and the speakers sounded great and were easy to setup.
