EXAMPLE: We recently had a contractor's crew working on a small addition to the house, and while they were on the roof, they told us the entire roof needed to be replaced. They texted me some photos they took of the roof while they were up there as "evidence." I sent the photos along to Jantzen, and he set up a call with me and spent the better part of an hour talking through his analysis of the roof based on both their photos and his experience being up on the roof itself in the past. With all that time and effort, you'd think he'd be pushing us to have him replace the roof, but he literally told me that we did NOT need to replace it at this stage. He just wanted to take the time to make sure I fully understood the state of the roof and his reasoning. I only called them for potential warranty coverage. Someone came out on 5/31 and I never heard from them again. I called the week after and they said they were working on a quote for me but no response. I called again the week after and they tried to schedule another inspection later in the week, even though I already had one. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would same day. Still no response a week later. They can't even provide a simple quote for a repair.
