I've enjoyed my time here. I feel much better since starting. My time is almost over for my initial treatments. Massage therapy was my favorite and learned so much from the therapist, she is a wealth of information. I did decompression as well, not my favorite, but I know it worked on me. I finally have gotten used to having adjustments. Back, hips and neck. I'll never get used to that, but I did get to where I relax a little more. Dr. Thomas was very kind and gentle. Best Chiropratic and Wellness staff in Frisco, TX! Love these guys! I would recommend in a heartbeat....

The "free" neuropathy screen will end up costing you $200 because he will tell you that he can't make an accurate evaluation without a sensory test and x-rays. I asked what it would cost if I only did the sensory test because I already had recent x-rays of the area. He replied it would still be $200 and that the x-rays were really important. I should have known to run then. I agreed because I was concerned that I might have neuropathy. Well, this sensory test consisted of him taking various objects and putting them against my face, hand, and foot. He then asked me to rate the feeling from 1 to 10. Real scientific, huh? Then he insisted that I had to bring my husband for the visit to go over his "report". He claimed it would have a lot of information, so it was important that the spouse be there as it would be hard to explain later. I told him that my husband was very busy and I was more than capable of making my own decisions. He became upset but eventually relented. When I return for the results, there was no "report". He had me watch a 10-minute video on neuropathy that looked like it could be found on You tube. His "report" consisted of the hand-written notes he took during the "sensory test" and the cost of his program. He never showed me the x-rays that he had claimed were so important. He then looked at me with a solemn look in his eyes and told me that I had severe neuropathy. I almost burst out laughing. I know people who have severe neuropathy and my symptoms were in no way that severe. He then presented his program that costs about $10,000 and I could have a small discount if I signed up that day. I turned down the program, obviously. I went to see a neurologist the next week. He told me that he didn't think I had neuropathy and that the numbing and tingling were probably due to another condition. The neurologist was correct. All my numbing and tingling has disappeared. So glad I didn't invest in the program. read more

Had an appointment at 360 Wellness and Chiropractic. When I booked appointment gave them my insurance (Medicare) information. Upon arrival I completed all paperwork and gave them my insurance cards. Alright... so my back and neck hurt. It really hurt, and it was starting to affect my life. I couldn't get a whole nights sleep, sitting at the office for extended periods of time began to hurt, and going to the gym became excruciating. I knew I needed to do something to fix these issues, and I needed somewhere that I felt comfortable. Luckily I found 360 Chiropractic & Wellness through Groupon, where they had an awesome deal for a set of intro visits which included Xrays, an adjustment, consultation, and massage therapy. This is a small practice consisting of Dr. Matt Thomas doing the cracking, his wife Monesa handling the physical therapy and insurance, Kandy manning the front desk and records, and Ebony working her magic fingers with deep tissue massages and stretching techniques. The first thing you'll notice is how nice and cheerful everyone is at 360, giving you a comforting feeling and knowledge that your recovery will be very personalized. The most important part: Dr. Matt knows his stuff. From the extensive Xray analysis (where I found out a have one leg shorter than the other, go fig) to doing spot checks on the adjustments just by touch. And his work is not for the squeamish. My neck and back have necked cracked so loudly and so much ever. Some of the techniques Dr. Matt employs might even seem unorthodox, but they are all kosher and what you need. The end result, I've been going to 360 for around three weeks now, and I feel much better. Dr. Matt and the team have been helping me gain my mobility back, as well as slowly remove the pain from my neck and lower back.
