The staff is friendly and fantastic. Dr Kaff set me on a program to attempt to recover lower extremity loss of feeling due to neuropathy. It's been just over 60 days since I started the program and I can now feel the temperature of the floor on my bare feet, which I have not been able to do for several years. If you live in the Frisco area and are in need of an adjustment, give Dr. Wayne a call. When I first moved to Frisco a number of years ago, I did so with the assumption that I needed to buy a new bed; my mattresses felt dipped and were causing lower back pain. As a matter of fact, everything felt out of whack.. my neck, mid back and lower back. Sleeping had become uncomfortable. I received Dr. Wayne's information from an old co-worker. The co-worker was a big dude, both in height and weight, and said Dr. Wayne fixed him up right after other chiropractors had failed to maneuver him due to his mammoth size and he attributed this to Dr. Wayne's mad skills. After only a few visits I began feeling and sleeping better. Come to find out, my mattresses were fine.. It was my back that was totally out of tune. What's great about your visit is you get an adjustment, a visit to the back room for massage therapy and stem. While you wait, you can sit in the massage chair and catch up on celebrity gossip; they always have the latest magazines. Walk-ins are also welcome. I feel much better! After moving and lifitng a ridiculous amount of heavy boxes and such, my back was hurting me. I'd been putting up with it for nearly 2 or 3 weeks, but it just wasn't getting better. So decided to see who was in my health insurance's network and who didn't have poor reviews. So off I went.... The doctor was thorough in explaining what he was doing and how to get me feeling better. He explained that most healthy people without injuries, should only have to see a chiro maybe onece a month for maintenence. He also explained (what I already knew and am horrible about) that strengthening excercises would held to prevent injury to you back. I never felt like they were after my wallet, which seems typical of some places. After an adjustment, I was sent to the back room where the therapist massaged my back and then put a few of those electirc stim pads on my back. Afterwards I was able to touch my toes without pain, which was a night and day difference. I can tell that maybe a few more visits would probably be beneficial. read more

I also appreciate the professionalism of his practice, from the reception desk, the massage therapists to the doctors. I've been visiting Dr. Kaff on and off for about 3 years now. He started my adjustments when I was pregnant and was dying from back pain... It's been always a great experience when I go to Frisco Spinal Rehabilitation. Girls who work on you at the back are supper nice and know what they are doing, Dr. Kaff pays attention to you, you will never feel rushed or not taking care of!
