My initial visit was on a Saturday. I wanted something affordable, and anything that was open. Express Chiropractic fit that description. I arrived early on that Saturday and was the first in. Quickly thereafter there was a full waiting room. Not only did Dr. Mike take time with me to learn my history, but he listened. Knowing he had a full waiting room, I didn't feel rushed at all. I am a complicated case. Having had spine surgery and a hip labrum repair pending and, shoulder labrum repair pending I definitely needed more then just one adjustment. He didn't try to sell me more, which is unheard of. I saw the deals on the wall and asked about them. The 79.99$ unlimited seemed to fit my needs well. Dr Mike is kind and remembers to ask about certain things we've talked about. Ex: How was seeing your Dad last weekend? This conversation is not needed but it absolutely sets him apart. One Saturday, after an emergency room visit on the prior Wednesday to the hospital, I walked into Express Chiropractic unable to lift and move my arms without severe pain. They were so sympathetic towards me. Dr. Vilello listened to me and talked me through what he needed to do to help. After an adjustment, I could move my arms and just felt better overall. I also had a massage after right there in the clinic. I have continued to see him 2-3 times per week (this is my 2nd week) and each time I feel better and better. I can't say enough good things about this place. It is walk in which is great for me but as Dr. Vilello gets busier be prepared to wait some. I can promise you though, he is worth the wait! He has a nice style of adjusting and is open to what you're comfortable with. He never makes me feel rushed and takes the time I need even if there is a full waiting room. The billing is a great idea and cheaper for me than using my insurance. Jamie does great mini-massages and Holly is always so welcoming. They make it a point to remember your name after just the first visit. These three just make it a very positive atmosphere. Best chiropractic office I've ever been to! I've been going here several times a week for just over a month, and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Dr. Mike is very friendly and sociable, along with the other office staff. Here I feel like more than just another patient to adjust and get out the door; I almost feel like family! I can't say enough to express how impressed I am with Dr. Mike Vilello. The day before Thanksgiving I woke up and could barely move my neck and back (I had fallen the day before). I called late in the afternoon and was seen by Dr. Vilello within an hour. He is an excellent chiropractor and by the time I left his office I was able to turn and move without crying.
