Mike that due to my lifestyle (active and not good for longevity), I needed him to keep the machine running.

I've been seeing Brian here for almost a year (!?) for deep tissue/medical massage…read more He's very flexible in scheduling, and has a lot of helpful exercise tips and information to prevent you from hurting yourself again. He's helped me figure out that the gym was aggravating my issues and pointed me towards reformer style pilates to help with my bad habits and to cope with my quasi-desk job (I do a lot of heavy lifting/walking around too!). Anyhow, their prices are affordable compared to say, one of those franchise type places-- and they're flexible with you on how much time/money you want to spend too. The owner, Rebecca, is a sweet person. -My only area I'd like them to improve is more sound deadening for the rooms. You can hear people talking, and walking in and out of the building which can be jarring when you're trying to relax your muscles. :P

Not only are the massage therapists extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and well trained in their craft, but they know how to educate clients on types of exercises and stretches to do at home to continue the healing process. I'm so thankful for the therapy I receive at Massage District. It really is the best medical massage in the metroplex.

The Float Spot was extremely clean…read moreand the service was not high pressure trying to sell you additional things like other spa type places do. Thoroughly disappointed…read more It's been years since my wife and I last floated. We used to go often in Austin, and we've been searching for a good spot closer to McKinney. The closest option seemed to be The Float Spot in Frisco. After months of talking about it, my wife surprised me with a booking for both of us this weekend for my birthday. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans. Our area was under a WeatherCall NextGen alert instructing residents to seek higher ground. The street in front of our house had water flowing like an actual river. I called to explain the situation and see if we could move our appointment. The woman I spoke with, Crystal (who identified herself as the manager), seemed to take satisfaction in telling me we'd still be billed for half the booking. She said other customers were coming in without problems, as though we should risk our safety to do the same. When I asked about escalating to another manager, she repeated that she was the manager and even encouraged me to leave a review, pointing me to the other ones. So here I am. I haven't left a Yelp review in over five years, but this interaction pushed me to do so. We wish there were other float options in the area, because after this experience we'll never use this facility. Not because of the floats themselves, but because of how the staff handled the situation. Expecting people to put their lives at risk during literal flooding is unacceptable.
