Communication was flawless and appointment times adhered to (with a courtesy text message that the technician was on the way). I had contacted the plumber as my LifeTime Rheem large capacity hot water tank does require some routine maintenance. As it turned out the connected expansion tank was filling with water and was improperly installed. The tech rectified all that within a tight time frame -- and of course throughly inspected the main tank, electronics, and electrodes. He also drained any sediment. While these are typical aspects with respect to the requested services, the manner performed was exhaustive, professional and everything was kept clean, dry and tidy. I had complete confidence as I looked on and observed complete respect for my property. In the course of the service call (which I was initially hesitant to initiate, just because, well, who bothers with maintenance?), it was also determined that my water pressure regulator valve was malfunctioning after a water pressure test was conducted early on. While replacement was relatively costly, it was perhaps critically necessary so that was why I'm thrilled. This was a throughly executed, friendly, and even thoughtful service(s) call. I'd have no hesitation recommending Good Buddy Plumbing and Heating to anyone who asks.

They protected my floors and carpets, they took time to ask questions and make sure everything was going where I had hoped it would and the contractor Bun, spent a significant amount of time with me once it was installed to run me through the smart thermostat and show me how to work it. I am delighted with the service I received yesterday!

When our repair man came from Four Seasons, our first impression was very positive, he was so conscientious, happy and very knowledgeable. He explained so much and took the time to inform us on what was being replaced and how he would do it, he ordered the new motor and departed. Unfortunately when he returned the new motor received was not compatible with our specific installation. Instead of blaming the factory, or just leaving us by saying another fan must be ordered, he called the main office to see what they could do? They made it happen by removing a fan from a new unit they had in stock and installed the new fan that same day. We will for sure be using Four Seasons for all our future service and new purchase needs. U are truly a gem of a company!! Thank U Ben, ( I pray that's your name) the most knowledgeable and courteous service man I have ever encountered! Cheers Rob and Lisa

I called Mark at North Saanich Plumbing Inc. and he immediately sent Dave to check out my washing machine. In no time Dave arrived and was checking that: the washer was plugged in properly and that: the taps weren't leaking. He subsequently held down the cancel button and did a hard reset, which fixed the washing machine. I never though I would be happy to do 4 laundry loads of laundry, if Dave hadn't arrived. I have used North Saanich Plumbing for many years, and don't know what I would do without them. Many thanks to Dave, Mark, & Aaron. The good and the NOT SO GOOD BE AWARE - this is basically a…read more'hands-off' on-line business. The plumber assigned to our job was great. Brody was 10/10. The problem is with the owner and his business model. He will not provide an itemized invoice of costs - Just one line for 'total labor' (no rate or duration) and one line for 'total parts' on an invoice for over $1100. The person who answers the phone, who books your job and knows the details of the work done, says he has 'nothing to do with the invoice' (how interesting!) - that's done by the owner Aaron De Yaeger who refused a written request for an itemized cost of parts. As for payment you are not advised ahead of time that they don't take VISA and don't bother driving to the address on the invoice to pay cash. It's a lovely residence. There is NO STORE, no shop, no face to face customer service. Hopefully the plumbers get a fair % of the labor charged because after some effort we learned that we paid $165/hr which is well above the 2026 provincial rate range for BC red seal journeyman plumbers. I would really like to be able to recommend this local business but while they claim they are keeping costs down that does not transfer to the customer.
