I have had nothing but constant miscommunication with this company from the very beginning. Between emails and phone calls not being returned, to withdrawing money from my account I would warn consumers to stear clear. All the apologies and politeness do not make up for being constantly mislead and in a constant state of emotional upset from a company that is supposed to be your advocate! Although the email and phone call communications did later improve- the problems actually just changed in nature and actually got worse. I agreed to start the program- then found out the start up fees were changed by 100.00. I then had to wait and get that dispute cleared up before I could start. So I tried again. I filled out the online contract and payment information. I entered my checking information and set the date for 03/21/2014 for 199.00. They then proceeded to process my payment 3 DAYS EARLY. They processed my check on the 18th and created NSF issues in my checking account. To their initial credit, they did immediately issue me a 199.00 check, (which I was able to cash), and they reassured me that my start up fee was waived, that it would not happen again and they would not deduct anything else from my account. I expressed concern that I did not want the payment to end up going through on the 21st again and Cuco Heredia my account manager told me that he personally made sure that they can only do it manually, and since they know not to make any further transactions on my account- they can assure me that it would not go through my account again. Guess what happened? They deducted my account again three days later! The fact that I have to watch my account with paranoia is unacceptable. That I have to go to my bank, dispute charges, etc. during my valuable tie where I should be working is also unacceptable. The fact that after I expressed concern about the safety of my account and they violate my trust again is irreparable damage to a well meaning consumer. I have again contacted Cuco for an immediate refund and I will expect a full cancellation in writing immediately. read more

This company is truly outstanding. A few years ago I wanted to buy my first house but my credit was messy and because of that, my scores were too low to get a mortgage. The loan officer at my bank, usbank, reccommended 360 Credit Consulting, said he had used them himself. I figured he was just offering me consolation, I was dejected from being turned down for a home loan, and said ok thanks, guess I'll see you in a couple years, and he said, no, I used these guys myself, they helped me raise my scores in 3 months. I didn't believe him really, because I had used other such companies in the past and they didn't do much, and certainly not very quickly, but he was a loan officer, a professional in the business, telling me this company actually helped and quickly, so I called them and signed up. Honestly, I was and continue to be blown away by how effiecient, friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly these ladies at 360 Credit Consulting work. They helped me clean up my challenging credit, and after only 6 months I was able to get a home loan. I continued to remain a monthly paying member with 360 Credit Consulting because as I found out during those 6 months, my credit is always changing, and there are tools that are needed to maintain healthy credit. Mainly: 1) a good credit monitoring service website, such as (my favorite) ScoreSense.com, where you can see your reports yourself, and also be notified automatically of any changes or alerts on your credit, such as Credit Karma or Score Sense, 2) a good credit consultant professional at a good credit consulting company, who monitors your credit with you, is always available when you have questions or issues, knows what needs to be done in case of an issue, and does it. Credit 360 stole my money just like they did all other customers.The company ask to draft your money out of your account for 2-3 months without any work performed.You are told by them to call and cancel any time.#1 Once you call to cancel , you are told that you will have to receive a call back by a Jane'(Janae) "to finalize the cancelation".#2 You will not receive a call for 2-3 weeks after they take another payment out.#3 When Jane' call back she argues and tell you in the beginning of the call that all people that file complaints on BBB are stupid and don't understand how credit repair works.#4 While you constantly telling her to cancel payments , you no longer want their services she then said she has to check your credit to see what work was done.She says she can't cancel until she run your credit, look at the report then call you back in 3-5 business days.#5 Then the calls back and say they done work and couldn't mail everyone letters out because of short staffing.#6 Once you getter her convinced to stop she send another bill for $99.00 for work done that day and the BBB takes their side.Also if you put a stop payment for credit 360, the company runs 1 more charge through from a switched up name" Counseling Credit@360.This is a scam because you've already blocked Credit 360 from drafting money.I wish a broken bridge finds these people car at the next intersection. read more

When i first signed up for this program, i was very hesitant about it. I was signed up for one month when i contacted the person assigned to my account to let her know that I need to create a plan of action to fix my credit and fix it as fast as possible. Kacee Gillen has been AMAZING! She went through all of the accounts (a good bit) that were showing negatively on my report. Run away as fast as you can! You can get the same if not better service for free from credit karma or NerdWallet. None of their suggestions worked as far as having debtors remove late payments. Everything that happened to elevate my score was due to things I did such as pay my bills. Everything they told me not to do the people who approved me for my mortgage told me to do. I cancelled in June they charged me in July I get that one month in arrears blah blah blah (oh wait they sent me an email about talking to my spouse so I guess they did something but for 110 a month they should know I am divorced) but then they charged me in August. Credit Union said I should cancel my debit card because they think I got suckered into a scam. Boy they aren't kidding. So almost $1,000 lesson learned. Seriously its just low level literacy you can do better for less money don't be as gullible as I was. read more

I started services with 360 sixty days ago and in all honestly I was extremely skeptical at first since I had worked with a credit repair company in the past with not much success. However, at the end of my 60 days my score had jumped significantly at one bureau and numerous points on another one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS AND UNETHICAL! I trusted them to help me out with one item on my credit report. The owner (Devin) talked me into adding my wife and to let them work on it for a few months. There was one initial consultation and then radio silence. When I checked in after 3 months our credit scores had actually dropped!!! I contacted them and told them to discontinue my account, however 4 weeks later they charged us for another cycle!!!! I called and demanded they refund our $200 but the customer service rep told me should couldn't do this without a 'supervisor authorization'.
