A very big thanks to the entire crew here! I wish I had a mechanic this fair and honest closer to home. On to my story... My family and I were on vacation for the week and on our way to see the Trail of 100 Giants, the check engine light on our 2020 Toyota Highlander began to flash - shortly followed by a loss of almost all of the engine's power. We somehow managed to limp down the hill and pulled into 360 Performance Automotive just a few minutes prior to them closing for the day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and began the repair after hours for us. Did I mention we were traveling with two dogs? Yes, they even let us wait inside with our pets! After the repair, they gave the Highlander a 10-mile test drive just to be absolutely sure everything was functioning properly, as we were staying 30 miles away up in the local mountains - where all of our personal belongings were. The service was above and beyond anything expected - the repair turned out to be something recently "fixed" by the Toyota Dealer. And the price they charged was a fraction of what we spent at the dealer a few months back. read more

Well Kevin, my friend, you did it again! I come all the way from Visalia just for your great service on my '99 Ford Ranger. You know my truck inside and out and always never a complaint or issue. I've taken my truck to several businesses in Visalia after moving from Porterville but no one seems to understand my truck or wants anything to do with my truck in that town! I came into town to visit family and attend a wedding on a Friday night and notice that the car was over heating. The wedding was the next day and not much time to get any mechanic in town to work on the car. I also had to be back to work in the bay area on monday morning. I read the reviews for 360 and gave them a shot on Saturday morning. They greeted me with smiles and concerns. I have always taken my cars in to them but as of today I will never go there. They did not do what i asked and they were saying that there was things wrong with my car that weren't they were just obviously trying to get more money out of me and an hour after leaving there shop my car had problems starting up I went in for a simple oil change.....while there a customer came in to complain about her car randomly shutting off after taking it to there shop to get fixed she had been there 3 times already and the secretary spoke to the mechanics and told them that she was gonna keep charging her for every time she came in this poor customer keeps paying them to "fix" the same problem over and over aging that is not ok ....after calling them and Complaining they want me to go back in so they could fix it and after hearing what the secretary had said I chose to take my car to a different shop I will not pay for them to fix damage they caused....I will never go there again read more

Best mechanics in town I take all my vehicles here. I had a Jeep grand Cherokee known for electrical problems felt like they charged pennies on the hour. Fixed my ac on a cavalier better than new. These guys have grown up working on cars and know their stuff super friendly, family atmosphere. They ask me if I want to do the work to save money when they diagnose. I checked to see what the approximate price would be online to have this job done and they came with a few dollars of that price.
