He found an appointment time that worked for me. I brought in my car and was helped by David. I waited in their nice waiting room. David offered a cold-water bottle. When my car was complete, David explained the work completed on my car. I paid and the price was affordable. I drove my car home. It felt like I was driving a new car. Took my truck in to get my transmission cooler lines serviced. After picking it up I noticed my…read moretransmission temp gauge stopped working. I called them to see if I can take it back to have that fixed. Took the truck back and they told me that I needed to change my sensor and that they'd charge me for the labor. So I replaced the sensor, ring terminal, T-fitting, AND my gauge. Costed me $80 plus 2 hours of my time to do it myself. Still the gauge wasn't working. I took my truck to them a THIRD time telling them that I did the repairs they recommended. I said that my gauge was working before I dropped it off the first time for repairs, but they rejected to fix the problem free of charge. It's not my problem to pay for or invest more of my time to fix. Now I have to invest more of my time to figure out the problem myself because I am not gonna fork over another $100 to have someone else fix a problem that this shop created. I'm beyond angered by these people and won't be doing business with them in the future, neither will my friends or family.

Knowing we were trying to have some help to pay for it from a vehicle assistance program, and knowing that their estimate was 3xs worth the value of the car. Although they didn't have the size "used" tire for my car for an emergency replacement, (my vehicle…read morewas stranded in the median of Hwy 65!) and I had gotten a ride at 5:45p, arrived at Les Schwab at 6p, the person on the phone kept telling me they couldn't help, but upon arriving (right at 6p) and speaking with Aaron we bought an expensive tire and he mounted and balanced it for me! Every other tire shop was closed, and he took the extra time to really help me out! He is one of the Hero's I met that has assisted me tonight!
