Art and Big Brand Tire was the ONLY facility that helped us. While he couldn't replace the rim that day Art went out of his way to give us a temporary fix that would get us safely back home. They also took the spare tire off for no reason and then had to put it back on again and yet Liz made some inappropriate comments and even yelled at one point about how she's been more than patient meanwhile they're the ones wasting our time.
