Had aftermarket projector headlights and HIDs installed in my 05 Honda civic. They got the job done quickly, professionally, and low cost. I brought my girlfriend's Subaru in for a similar job, and ended up buying the wrong bulbs online. They managed to make it work even so, however the bulb on the passenger side went out. Even though I did not purchase the bulb through 360 they replaced it for FREE. I have since also had a stereo installed in the Subaru, for a much lower price than offered by any other auto shop. I am so impressed with the job I just had done at 360 Motorsports. My truck is a 2002 Toyota and it used to be white but the paint was so faded the truck looked 30 years old! I asked if it was possible to bring it back to looking good again and they said they could with a lot of effort. Well, they put that effort in and my truck looks new again. I really can't believe how good it looks again. The price they did it for was so reasonable I won't go anywhere else ever. To Dan E. -- I really wish my experience was as good as yours, but it wasn't. I recently purchased a product and service from this business that I never received. It has been over a month of waiting and listening to different stories that just didn't add up, when I was originally promised a delivery/service/ due date of 10 days. I had left several(3 or 4) voicemails with 2 different contact numbers but never recieved a return call NEVER (and I have phone records to prove it). When I finally reached the OWNER I was spoken to in a demeaning manner and actually had him yelling at me for a mistake they made , after calling him out on excuses and double talking. I would suggest that if you do use this business' services (AND I WOULDN"T) that you have them perform that action/service before you put any money down. I was never offered a refund, but threatened instead with extra fees, and had to have my bank handle the return of my down payment. Do they really operate their business by taking a customers money and doing absolutely nothing for them, and then think they shouldn't receive a refund? I'm sure if this "owner " was in my shoes, he would feel the same way. I will be making a complaint with the city and the BBB. I would think that in this economy you would be nice to your first time customers and not make promises that you can't keep. (Why would the owner call back , apologize for the way he spoke to me, and offer me a reduction for my troubles if there were no mistakes made or fault on the business' behalf). read more
