Tint was peeling off on my back window as I was driving off. Had to go back to get it fixed. The back window area of my car was completely soaked from all of the solution that sprayed so it was a very messy job. Back window tint was placed over adhesive parking sticker and the overall alignment of the tint on my windows is slightly crooked. Installer left a spray bottle in my trunk that I didn't see for weeks that was slowly leaking. Overall, a poor experience because I heard great reviews about this place. I have had the windows of 2 vehicles tinted by Brian and his crew. The first was 11 years ago on my Mustang GT Convertible.. They still look awesome ! They are amazing folks, and they stand behind their work. After having the front windows of my truck tinted, a few years ago, there were several small but noticeable bubbles that remained after a week... I called and scheduled to have the windows looked at. They immediately stripped the tint off both windows and redid them without hesitation. Very apologetic and concerned with how it could have happened.. The windows came out perfect... From reception to service the staff was helpful and friendly. I called with a large commercial 36"x72" high UV glass skylight (very heavy) that was supposed to be tinted from the manufacturer, but wasn't and could not be returned because it was a special order, and it took 2 months to get it. Brian gave us a very reasonable quote and got us in right away. When I arrived (3) tech's unloaded it from my truck with kid gloves. Upon many recommendations I took the hour long drive from my home to get my front windows tinted. They do take walk ins but appointments are recommended. We arrived early and were taken right away. After a consultation regarding what type of tint and darkness we looking for the process began. The master tint installed has been tinting windows for over two decades. The windows came out great.
