The drinks here are scrumptious! Even a "surprise me" ends up being my new favorite. Every single barista is so sweet, they remembered us after two times of driving through?! If I ordered the same thing every day, they'd have it locked in before I even pull all the way up to the window. Yumm so delicious. The stand itself is so cute and convenient, getting through the line was so fast. We got a strawberry/blue raspberry Red Bull, iced caramel macchiato and an hot oat milk vanilla latte + 2 Asiago bagels. All of the drinks and bagels were fabulous. I've been in his coffee stand about 10 times and it's over the last few years and I really like the food. I really like the drinks. I don't think it's a very long wait what I don't like about this place is every time I go here the girls I seem to recognize the same one every time, but the girls that are working there are deadpanned monotone. Don't care to have a conversation ask one word questions example drink? Card? Tip? No eye contact just terrible customer service and it sucks because I'm a person that really loves good service and good product and if I don't have one of those, I'm not gonna come back I mean, I really want to love this coffee stand, but I can't because every time I go, it's such a terrible experience and I'm left with a sour taste on my mouth With the customer service. I have been coming to this coffee stand since it first opened, with the only exception of living in a different state for a couple of years. It is the only stand I choose to go to, as the others just aren't the same. My drinks are always made perfectly, and if there was a mistake, it still tastes great, or the baristas notice before I do and will offer to remake it. The baristas are also always incredibly sweet, and never fail to make my day better. The stand itself is cute! My go to drinks are always a lavender red lotus with cream, dark chocolate mocha with pumpkin sauce, or a white/or dark chocolate mocha with peppermint bark! I give this 5 because of certain factors that mean a lot to me. I am a coffee person for sure. First thing I like is their tracking system for each visit, I don't have to keep a card, and no matter what I get a free drink. Why is this important to me because not all other places do so, it's like half off of the drink would think would be free and that loyalty is why I drive 3 miles out of my way to go to them. 6 miles round trip. Also my drinks are normally close to $9 so it matters to me that the free one is on them and that to me is why I keep coming back since they opened. I've never had a bad drink, all the staff have been friendly. I will say that I have awful timing and sometimes show up when they close and I exit myself because I know what it's like, but not all the time, just when I can see it on their face that they have to go. And that is nothing on them but me being real about this review. All the coffee is good, I wished they did a dark roast as there is one other place around that has the choice like that and I can taste it, and they might be using a dark roast but it seems not the same but still every drink is sufficient and is great quality. I am not big on the bakery items since I don't normally order that but they have a decent variety. And they can seem to be busy, not to say don't go but others seem to like it too. I get charged half the price at any other stand and my drink is always made right everywhere else. The worst service and coffee in town, go to Moes or Gourmet Latte, far better coffee and by far bettet service. Girls at 360 will short change you and ask for a bigger tip. I go here all the time, I've been a regular for a while now. I always get my dogs pupachinos. Which is just a cup of whip cream. They've never charged me for it. So I asked for my usual hot cocoas and my 2 pupachinos. I had a free drink and the total was $8.09. The girl at the window never told me they started charging for a cup of whip, let alone $2 for a stupid cup of whip !! It's insane to charge that much for a small cup of whip cream then not let me know your charging for it now. Then when I say something about it, she was rude about it. I won't be going here any more. By far my favorite coffee stand, for manyyy reasons. First, instead of a stamp card, they use your phone number which is the NICEST THING EVER. I don't have to worry about trying to find a little punch card. Also, you get a star for every three dollars you spend, so it's quicker to get a free drink which I think is really kind. They also have really good deals throughout the week like mocha Monday (50 cents off!) or free shot Friday. Not to mention if you buy a reusable tumblr cup from them, you get 50 cents off every time you use it which actually ends up saving a lot of money. Plus the cups are super cute! Lastly, the baristas here are fantastic are so nice(Kayci is the very best!).
