Had a 16 oz lotus - good price! Tasted on par with other lotus drinks. Staff was very friendly and I got my drink quick. There was a lot of seating options and I like the longer hours that they are open. The options here are fantastic. They sell mini donuts and soft serve and I want to come back to try it. The ambiance is very chill and it would make for a nice place to study or have some convos. It gives diner vibes. Will come back soon! read more

Good which was a bagel with butter tasted like Sara Lee from the freezer. Bagel drenched in butter. Ordered a cold brew which was not strong enough nor dark. They tried to make it work but I've not had these issues elsewhere the interior is nice and modern. read more

When I received my 3shots over ice, they had put their fingers all over my straw mixing up the shots with ice. The young man gave me attitude, and I asked politely for another straw and was ignored. The shots tasted like they sat too long and killed the shots of expresso, very burnt tasting with notes of hot garbage in the summer air. There were also coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. I was unable to drink. It wasn't even worth asking for a new drink. Second time I went there asked an Italian soda - it was much better and the women who helped with very kind and helpful. read more

This place has a newly built brick and mortar bldg and KUDOS for taking the risk and investment. Congratulations on moving from a stand to a "destination " ! Beautiful inside and out! Modern clean and thoughtfully arranged for coffee and conversation!! I was greeted nicely by the servers and any questions I had were clarified and answered. Coffee was delicious and my request for less syrup adhered to. Berry coffee cake was superb. They have all the drinks and flavors. Sandwiches, paints, soup, and the coolest ice cream I've ever seen. Haven't had any but totally enjoying hearing customers talking about it. Fun to hear little kids ordering it too. I'll be coming back! read more

My sister and I drove in and were craving something blended. We both tried their Peanut Butter Blast with ice cream. Yummm, they were delicious. I love me some peanut butter and the hint of coffee was perfect. The service was great and they made our drinks quickly. I can't wait to go back and try their blended + lotus! What more can I say about this nice new coffee shop in Stanwood? We had a Piggy Panini, which was phenomenal just the right temperature and not too gooey either. I had a great birthday cake soft serve cone which was on a slightly smallish size for a large cone, but it was good flavored and nicely shaped. The shop was done in a black and white motif with nice artificial plants and a nicely detailed recessed ceiling. As we were witting down, the owner Andrew was re-filling the ice water dispenser on the counter with a good compliment of paper cups. He was very pleasant to speak with and told us the grand opening, held the day before, was quite well attended Until their closing. It was very clean and light overall, a good addition to Stanwood with hopefully many more good years! read more

Great coffee! Friendly personable baristas! And prices are fantastic!! You can get a $25 coffee card for $20, and they have a punch card- buy 12 get one free. Thursdays is double punch day. :) I go here almost everyday!! In addition the coffee, they have fruit smoothies and some other milkshake type concoctions. I've never tried to smoothies or the milkshakes, but I've seen a lot of people ordering them. I highly recommend this place!!!!! read more

I go to locals daily (sometimes 2x!) in Stanwood and near home, both of which are consistently awesome so I guess I expect more from small-town coffee these days; regardless of that- Coastal Vie is unfortunately just another small town, unkept coffee stand with, at least one, ill-trained barista with poor customer service skills (she seemed nice after I got her talking- it was just sort of awkward prior!). The drive-up isn't clean enough to walk up (especially with a dog, I was picking muddy gum outta my dogs foot afterwards. Yick!), They store drink mixes in front of a full window which looked separated and will probably crystallize them at some point, so when I got back to work I looked in my cup of really awful coffee and there was little fuzzy floaties in the foam and the rim of the cup was dirty (like it was stored on top of a dirty machine or counter). All in all, I threw a full cup of coffee away and won't be going back unless I feel like a second chance, even then I wouldn't get white coffee because whatever brand they use is grody. :( read more
