This would be the third straight time barista ladies got my order wrong one of the times I had to Go back through the drive through and the lady scolded at me and made my coffee super fast, and then basically threw it back at me. After I sat in the drive-through for an extra 10 minutes just to get the right coffee this place has no consideration for people and their time and messing up a coffee three time within the last 4 months. I had to say something. Plus this last time I ordered five shots of coffee and got a water down drink. So my guess is that they are ripping us off. That's just great. read more

Woah. The one by Walgreens - want to make sure I say it is only THIS Espresso Connection. Afternoon workers are horribly rude. I asked for whip on my iced drink and she actually said "this isn't Starbucks" and "our drinks don't come with whip unless you ask" ummm pretty sure I just asked....please use your one brain cell. I love the coffee, love the cute ladies but man o man is it sloooow. The major problem here is that no one has shown the owners and/or employees how to increase efficiency, lower their product waste and cut down on the time from order-to-finished drink. First off, please please please keep the grinder going. If your backed up 6 cars deep, you're going to use all the coffee in the grinder. You don't have to turn it on and wait 30 seconds after I order the drink. Trust me.... I've been at this a long time... your coffee will taste the same and it will take much less time for the ladies to start mixing. Next up, milk.... if you know your going to make a lot of drinks, heat up a full carafe of milk... this doesn't ruin the coffee either unless it's sitting for an extended period.... which in the case of long lines... you're gonna be fine. Letting a hot mocha sit for 1 minute doesn't ruin a mocha does it??? So why would hot milk go bad if it's only been 30-40 seconds before the next order is up and running... plus you run cars out of both sides, now pour a little more milk in the carafe so you can make the next drink faster and, in turn, increase the number of coffees you can sell in an hour. Don't get me wrong, the coffee is great but if I don't have 10-12 minutes to sit in line...I don't stop, and you lose out on potential money. If you can get your times down, you'll see at least a 15 -20% increase in revenue. Ok, I'm out... time to walk the dog. read more

My favorite coffee stand. Both locations are amazing and all the girls are so sweet. Today I locked my keys in my car along with my phone. I love coffee drinks. I like Starbucks okay, but i think they are too overpriced, and they don't put enough flavor in thier chai beverages. I have been to this place twice, once with a friend, driving thru, and this morning. (i would have written the review sooner but i didn't know the name of this place) They do blended chai with ice cream. This morning I walked up to the window, and I got amazing customer service, quick, and delicious. She even offered me a sleeve for my blended chai so that it wouldn't be as cold on my hands since I was walking. read more

Their coffee is consistently perfect! New workers are only noticed because I'm a regular, otherwise thee coffee standard is high and fabulous. I get a regular ol'double short latte and it is never burnt or too hot. My parents get Americans that they ask for regularly. We love their nice personalities and close proximity to my home. This is the coffee hut I hit more than anywhere else. It's very convenient for me location wise and the prices aren't too high. They fall in between other local spots and Starbucks as far as pricing goes. The staff, at least morning, is very friendly. Even when I don't stop here for a while, they remember me and my family. Almost always have a sucker ready for my son and a dog treat ready for, well, my dog. Lol. A little side note, I love the dog treats. Most places have stopped little things like that, but it means a lot to me. Finally, I love the punch card. It's common these days and I would like an app, but it's nice to be appreciated. read more

When things get busy, the baristas rush out to the line of cars taking orders in advance....and when things are slower they are more than happy to chat with you about things of interest. My favorite coffee place in Washington. Pretty quick, good location on State Ave., and they are the only place I have found that makes mochas with Dillettante chocolate - the best way to make a mocha! I've been going to various Espresso Connections since 2003 and will continue to get Dillettante mochas from them as long as they're around. Only took a star off because I think it's a bit pricey - no worse than anyone else around but I think the whole coffee thing is ridiculously overpriced in general around here. read more

MY GO TO COFFEE STAND! The girls that work here are great at multi-tasking, they work two windows at once all with a smile and a quick conversation with the customers. The coffee is consistently great! The stand is always neat, clean and tidy. Best coffee in town! Always busy! Great service too highly recommend. If you're a regular they already know what drink you're having so when it's a long line your drink is ready. Maybe owners should get a drive up ordering intercom because they are always busy can speed the line a bit. read more
