They also have an extensive selection of fashionable frames and sunglasses, especially a large collection of Ray Ban and Maui Jim sunglasses if you want the perfect eye protection from the sun! This store offers comprehensive eye exam with an optometrist on site 6 days a week. Dr. Sam Baraam is the main doctor on duty. He is professional, patient and personable :) He is very thorough with the eye examination, great at explaining, truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Dr. Baraam not only checks your prescription but also the ocular health inside your eye as well... cataract, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, retinal diseases can easily be detected and prevented with the newest optometric technology! Other than the comprehensive eye exam, another value added service at 360 Eyecare would be lens edging service in their in house lab. Some prescription glasses can be done same day or by the next day! Usually between 3-5 business days for customized lenses :) You can have your lenses tinted, polarized, reshaped, readjusted into a new frame... the options are endless - just talk to Ted :) When it comes to the optical department, Ted is absolutely fantastic! He is the senior optician at the store; he is experienced, knowledgeable and a very genuine person :) He always has a solution to your glasses problems, and he works magic with eye wear adjustments ^^ I brought in 3 pairs for him, and instantly he fixed them all - no more droopy, sliding-off, ill-fitting eye wear XD He also helps customers tighten screws, change nose pads, and with other odds and ends at no charge! He is such a sweet gentleman but he is always busy... customers ask for him all the time, so please be patient while you wait! I've purchased numerous prescription eyeglasses and lenses for years from many different places and while living in the beaches discovered 360 Eyecare. i found them honest, professional and reliable. After moving out of the area, I tried elsewhere for my needs and didn't get the same feeling of concern and honesty, so decided to return to 360 for any further needs. 4/5 months ago, I replaced lenses in 2 pairs of glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses, and felt completely at ease that I was dealt with fairly and honesty. The fact that they said it wasn't a problem replacing regular lenses of my Prada sunglasses with prescription lenses, though previously others said they couldn't and said I'd need to buy new frames, built up my trust when after done the results where excellent. Also that 360 didn't recommend only the most expensive option, bought looked to what my usage and needs were to advise what different options I had at different price points.No over selling. Today they once again demonstrated their integrity, honesty and how much they value me as a client. I recently sat on my Sunglasses and bent the frame. While trying to fix it my self and get the lenses back in, I snapped it at one joint. I took it in and asked if they could fix it, or source a new frame. They looked and noted a screw was now broken and stuck inside so they'd need drill it out. I left and came back an hour or so later, and they fixed that, re-aligned the frame, but advised that one arm wasn't stable and likely would need to be replaced over time. I asked if they could get me new frames and they said likely only needed a new arm and even though they don't carry that line, nor sold me the frame originally would try and get one for me. When asked what I owed for the repair, they said "nothing", which surprised me more. Fixing a frame they hadn't sold me, free of charge. Telling me I didn't need buy new frames, but likely just a new arm. That is true customer service. Though there are a number of competitors in the beach, many who might initially appear to offer better prices, I have absolute faith in 360 Eyecare that they offer the best value, carry quality products and outstanding customer service. When it comes to eyeglasses which you use every waking hours, won't risk going to someplace else and ending up with an inferior product, paying for things I might really not need or worse not getting things I should and having to worry about how they might handle possible issues in the future. read more

As a patient I have always had a good experience when I come in to see the doctor. Even before the ownership was changed. I am happy about the location for it is convenient for me too where I live. I can actually walk to my appointment. I love the free stuff I receive when I get new glasses. I am always well taken care of when I come in for my appointment. An awful experience! A month, give or take, to have our order completed. Excuses, more excuses, prevarication, incompetence and one screw up after another. Apologising profusely after one "mistake" and then going right on to make another and another and...... Between my wife and I we've had 120 years (yikes!) of spectacles-buying history and have never experienced the slightest problem. This experience with 360 Eyecare managed to balance out the good experiences in one fell swoop! "Professional"? We certainly don't think so. And, BTW, they are VERY expensive. read more

I went here for an eye exam and some new glasses. The service was fine and I do really love the glasses but was having a hard time adjusting to the new prescription. I could see significantly further with one eye than the other with my glasses on and it had a impact on my comfort visually. After about a month I got a second opinion at another optometrist. He said the prescription he was giving me was different from what my glasses were. I went back to crystal beach and was told that there isn't a problem with their prescription and that it is ok to see further with one eye than the other. I was told that the second optometrist simply evened out my prescription, strengthening one eye and weakening the other. The lenses cost 285$ originally and since I was changing them the best they could do was give me a discount, so I'm paying 225$ for my new lenses that I'm not even sure were the correct prescription to begin with. I'm not really impressed with this place and would not recommend it to anyone. As a follow up...after speaking with them today when they called to say my glasses were ready it was agreed upon that the cost of the lenses would be waived and I would just be charged 40$ for the installation. read more

They helped me to purchase a pair of emergency contact lenses, despite the fact that I wasn't registered as a patient, and didn't have an appointment pre-arranged, on a Saturday no less. Went in and was ignored for another customer. Was made to feel by the salesman that my taste and style were awful and I could not afford the bull plop Italian hand made frames. How you can hand make moulded plastic I have no idea. Perhaps they are hand assembled? Have never felt so insulted walking out of a glasses store. Please avoid this terrible store. read more
