They have charged me thousands of dollars in bank fees for things initiated by the bank themselves. Poor customer service, poor company polices, poor leadership - DO NOT USE THEM. Not worth the 1% I saved on an auto loan. read more

I have been an account holder for almost 30 years. Throughout this time, I have seen 10 bank managers, and I have to say that Nancy M. in the Enfield branch is by far the most dedicated and hard working employee. She must have fixed about 2 dozen problems in the past 5 years for our family. We moved from New England to North Carolina 2 years ago and at the time, I refused to close my account because Nancy was outstanding at addressing any issue that I have incurred. I loved the personal attention and how supportive she was. I had lost my 17 year old son and had to close his account (she handled everything with class and compassion), setting up a first time checking account for my younger son ( helping him figure out what to do) also I have had issues with fraudulent charges (she figured it out and addressed it promptly while I was 800 miles away), dealing with an auto loan while out of state when our car died, (she had it done within 1 day), bank cards lost or stolen, and the list goes on!! I hope whomever reads this from the bank, realizes what an incredible asset Nancy M. is and after having to finally close the account after 3 decades, I only wanted her to handle it. She did with a hug and best wishes. I will miss this bank more than I will miss many things from up north. The personal service from Nancy meant the world to me. I can't think of one good thing about this bank - except maybe the lime color of their logo. In my 35 years of dealing with banks all over this country, I have never dealt with such a shady, disrespectful error-prone Bank in my life. A bank has one job - to manage your money and loans appropriately, hopefully with a friendly/respectful staff. 360 fails on all accounts. They don't manage your accounts correctly, they have terrible customer service, rude and aggressive managers and will blame errors on "the algorithm" without taking any accountability! The final straw for me was when they failed to route any portion of my payments into my escrow account for 10 months then when they discovered the problem didn't even apologize and expected me to come up with a year's worth of homeowners taxes immediately or pay double payments for the next year - neither of which is feasible if you are on a limited budget. They didn't even apologize and refused to work with me to find a viable solution, instead passing the entire hardship for their mistake onto me. Unacceptable. All I can say is if you decide to bank with these people, watch everything they do like a hawk! read more

First of all, I've been a customer for over 30 years when it was originally called Hamilton credit union and their main office was in our work. The main 360 credit union on route 75 in Windsor Locks is not open on Saturdays, because they can't find people to work. So I went to deposit money and the machine was broke. I went in first thing Monday morning to talk to the manager and deposit money and a bill already went through and charged me a fee, and I explained to him that the machine was broke and he told me Somebody before me tried to deposited money had a rip bill which jammed the machine, and he would take care of my fee. I spent the next week trying to go in and get the fee credited and he was never there. I got every excuse in the book. He was on lunch. He was in a meeting. He just stepped out. They're all about the fees now very bad service. read more

I recently opened accounts at 360 Federal credit union. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and responsive. All accounts were set up in a timely manner. There are three notaries on site so always someone available when needed. read more

The ATM on RTE 75 Ella Grasso frequently not working and I feel this credit union is trying to be more "robotic" and "automated" rather than people/customer friendly which is not what credit unions are supposed to represent. I will say that when I am able to talk to a live person, the customer service has been great. More people and less automation = better. read more

I have frequented the Vernon, Enfield and Windsor Locks locations. I usually end up in Windsor Locks, but the past three weeks I have been in the area of the Vernon location. I never have any issues and I wanted to go and leave a review to highlight the amazing service I have received from this bank. I have needed to order checks because I ran out and they were printed immediately. I have been greeted with friendly faces and when I needed to open another account on behalf of my condo association, I came into contact with the back end staff as well. Professionalism was top notch and I was so happy to have all my accounts opened without any issues. read more

I had my credit card charged $12.99 at a Gluten free bakery in NY when I told the CC company I was in Europe. First, they charged me $30.00 for a new card when I reported the fraud. The person taking my case told me it would be refunded. It was not. I called again, a second person told me it would be refunded, it was not. I got fees, interest, and a call from the credit department for non-payment of the fee I was told was going to be refunded. So, I called again, oh only a supervisor can refund the fee, a request was made. I also requested a dispute to be entered into the system. None of that happened! I get a letter almost 3-1/2 months later that indeed, they determined there was a fraudulent charge on my account, the $30.00 stayed on my account. So ticked off, so I figured I would pay it and close my account. NOPE! I was not allowed; my account was frozen I would have to call the local credit union office the next day. So I called the local office, a person told me that only the local office can refund the money and they were going to. They told me it would not affect my credit rating, because they spoke to their credit department. HA! I got a harrassing call from the credit department that same afternoon! I told her it was a disputed amount and who I was working with in the office. She told me she didn't care and I had to pay at least a dollar a month to keep my account clean. Are you kidding me? I called the next day to find out if indeed the $30.00 fee and they did, but didn't refund the interest. I was told that was going to be done and I said thank you, and please close all of my accounts. I was told ok, it would be easier to do that at the branch. Today I go to the branch and was told I could not close my accounts because of the computer processing that had to be done. I had to go to a supervisor and wait an hour to get my money. I was with this branch for over 30 years and I hope I never have to deal with them again! read more

They may have appealing rates but in the long run you will be charged the same as any other place due to their fees. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I spoke with someone they gave me a different information. My car loan has a year worth of additional fees added after speaking to 3-4 different people no one was able to explain. This could have resolved YEARS AGO IF SOMEONE JUST ONE SINGLE PERSON WHO WORKED THERE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME ACCURATE INFORMATION. It wasn't until 2023 that someone actually took the time to tell me and they still wouldn't remove the fees because it's "my fault". Also.... Good luck logging in to view your statements online the system is always down so you'll probably never know you are being charged those fees. Oh and I've updated my address 2 times once online once with a person and my statements still aren't coming to me. This place is a disaster. read more

I don't know what has happened to this credit union, have been a member for many years and have never had any problems. Lately, I've had several problems with their mistakes:, putting a deposit in savings account instead of checking which is how I filled it out on my deposit slip. Had I not had plenty of money in my checking I'd have bounced checks because of this mistake. Most of my bills are paid from my checking with auto pay. I suggest taking a snapshot of your green slip so you will have some kind of proof of what account it was suppose to go in should you end up with several bounced checks. My mortgage payment comes out of my account automatically like most of my bills. My mortgage got sold, I received a letter in the mail of who owned it and who bought it. Brought this letter into credit union a month before it went into affect and sat with an associate to give them a copy and make sure the payment would still automatically come out and be paid to the new bank. I was told it would be all set. Well got a note from the new bank saying my payment was late and I owed a late fee now. So much for having perfect credit!!! I went into the credit union again, this time to find out what happened and was told "I don't know what happened"! No explanation at all. Whenever going to the drive up windows there used to be a person behind a microphone that would greet you and take care of your transaction and it didn't take long. Now it takes several minutes, sometime up to 15 minutes before anyone even addresses you. There never seems to be a dedicated person to take care of the drive ups. Sometimes you are forced to wait longer than 15 minutes before anyone even notices your there. What happened to all the tellers that used to work these drive ups? I noticed when looking thru my statement that I was charged twice for the same exact amount at my local Stop and Shop. I had to fill out an "EFT form" at Stop and Shop. They sat on it for a month before I finally followed up on it and then Stop and Shop admitted the person who filed the "EFT form" didn't do it correctly so therefore had to be done again. Stop and Shop called me a few days later to say they didn't cause this double payment that hit my checking account that my credit union did this. Spoke to Nick, branch manager at the credit union who said he'd get back to me later that day after he spoke with Stop and Shop manager who was there until 11:00 p. m that night. Haven't heard from him, it's been 2 days now. I did stress to Nick when I spoke to him 2 days ago about my concerns with the mistakes and things happening that I didn't feel that the credit union was looking out for my better interest as their member and that these problems shouldn't happen and should be addressed. I hate to be a name dropper but I know who was responsible for these mistakes and at the right time will address them to a manager when I speak to one soon. If a credit union can't take care of their members and their money than what else do I need them for? I shouldn't have to worry about my money and if it were handled properly. read more
