Which by the way, avoids me any delays, and they're not Commission based as your Agency? If you didn't get my point before in my review, I will reiderate: The rate increase is neither here, nor there. That cannot be changed, as it is across the board? It's the unfortunate way this agent, Martha acted by misquoting my Policy renewal in an email, at which I will post to show she had me thinking that there was no change in the rate at this renewal in October? At which any customer would have at a minimum have Trust issues with at that point. Then blinsidedly, I receive a letter directly from Travelers Insurance that I have a 30% increase? That type of an increase merits a phone call in advance after the email she had sent me, telling me the complete opposite!! With Zero personalized service on behalf of your Agent, which you apparently defend over a valued customer such as I, with this Policy since 2012. Furthermore, my Insurance Carrier, Travelers debunked your Lie you stated in your reply to me..(that in fact all agents were notified of this increase since May 2023!) And not the "only 30 days in advance", as you've stated? I remind you again, defending an Employee over a valued Customer is never an Option for a business Manager, or an owner? After being with another company charging much higher rates we were recommended to Stacey, over years ago; she shopped around with her pool of insurances for the best rate and coverage for our business needs and yes her quotes were the most competitive no brainer there. Over the last 4 years we have had questions on different scenarios and doesn't matter what time or day of the week it is Stacey and Brianna are there for us. They don't seem to give a crap about new clients, I can only imagine how they treat current clients. 360 INSURANCE IS ONLY as good as your agent. Our agent that we took 360 insurance out with was great. We have had 4 new agents and all have been bad. Our insurance went up 40% in one year with NO changes. I will be getting a new insurance company that understands the agricultural side. I give 360 insurance a D rating. read more

I needed a bond to register a trailer with the DMV, and Janet got me the bond at 1/3 the price I was quoted elsewhere. They sent me the paperwork and trusted I would send a check to cover the cost. I typically don't ever give bad reviews I already had a tow truck insured with them and it was a good rate after some months and i called to insure another truck everything was fine until i wanted to cancel one of the policies for 1 one my trucks and i gave the wrong vin # but i explained to briana that it was the 2nd truck i insured but gave the vin # from my 1st truck which were the same make,model,year and the wrong truck was accidentally canceled i didnt notice that i had canceled the wrong one until i got a letter from the dmv that my truck had no insurance i called Janet and explained the situation and she said its fine that there should be no problem because they are the exact same truck just different vin #'s and that she will take care of everything the next day her secretary briana told me that they cant do anything about it because it wasent there fault which i totally understood, but i had spoke to Janet all the time and never to anyone else so what Janet told me and briana told me are 2 totally different things so then i called progressive (my actual insurance) and they said my dmv fees can be waived as long as the agent calls them and says that there was a miss understanding between the customer and the associates, so then i spoke with janet and explained what progressive had told me and she said that she cant do that because they arent allowed (which they are) so instead of waisting my time and trying to get this situated i just looked for another agent and she fixed the problem with progressive right away and said that she dosent know why Janet's agency didnt just fix the problem because it does not affect the agency in any way. So now i am happy with my new agent. Also a couple months before this incident our company owner had to give proof of insurance in the past in order for the insurance to be cheaper so we gave the list of her insurance to Janet next thing you know they take out $2,000 off the company's bank account because Janet never submitted the proof of insurance of the owner, progressive couldent give the money back but progressive did just credit the extra $1,100 they took away for the future month which was not necessary of happening , really dont recommend this agency if they dont care of their customers and policies then why be a agency. read more
