Piece of crap company that lies through their teeth. Wouldn't repair our shower because there was no visible evidence of water damage, but fails to renew us because we didn't show proof the shower had been fixed? What the crap kind of sense does that make. Last time I checked, that was an insurance issue and if the insurance says no, then there must not be any damage. They also said the cause of loss for the damages for our small kitchen fire was never remedied. Um, you paid for the repairs to be done... so.. ?? Guessing you know it was remedied. Wouldn't renew us because they claim they sent a letter. Um, nope. No letter. But our broker was able to reach us just fine on the phone to tell us that you guys were doing this to us as she apologized and said you guys are pieces of crap. Sad that you didn't want to reach us. After being part of this insurance for over 8 years (no, accident, no late payment, nothing), I changed state, and they gave me 3 days to find another insurance. They kept saying Kemper are the problem, that they can't do anything. Of course, Kemper say it's "All Nevada Insurance"... I got so many e mail and phone call, in between of both of them. They never apologized, never tried to make it up for them terrible customer service... Oh yeah, and they send me many times bill saying that I still need to pay them (remember, they can t cover me in another state, but they can charge me??????) So when you go to a restaurant and don t have food, drink or can't even sit at a table, are you paying for the service ???? read more

We just signed up everything with Marc at All Nevada Insurance. Being a broker he was able to shop various insurance companies and found one that was 46.5% less than we were paying with another big name insurance company. Our coverage is exactly the same as before and is from a great company that has been in business since 1925. I did my homework on that company and am confident we are well covered. Marc gave us a basic quote to begin with and then when we got serious we gave him our specific information (VIN #s, etc.) and his final quote was pretty darn close to what his basic quote was. We highly recommend giving Marc a call and set up an appointment to see him, maybe he can save you money. It's worth a call. read more

I called in shopping insurance on a homeowners quote yesterday. Today I wrote and expressed I didn't need his services. I quickly get a note stating he had already sent my bank a change in policy and requested payment. THAT IS FRAUD. I spent 25 minutes talking to my impound agents on my loan to prevent any damage. Signed up about 3 months ago for auto and renters insurance. Feel like I got a good rate and they usually can get back to you timely. My only real complaint would be usually when I call he is not in the office and the person answering the phone can be short and not helpful. So I usually end of calling later myself because they never gave him the message. read more

When I needed ins right away , Trent from key ins helped me and gave me the best options for me. He also helped me when I was having problems with DMV because DMV had wrong info on file and he corrected it , I didn't even have to go there. He's really good at answering my questions and if I leave a voicemail he's really good at answering me back by the time they close. He even stayed after closing time just to give me a call back! Marc has taken care of me for over 6 years. Same location - great customer service. I had no idea you could have an insurance broker but glad I do. Now, I haven't been through any car accidents or major claims (knock on wood) but any trouble I had or anything I needed taken care of, Marc was always helpful. He recently helped me find a cheaper rate with another car insurance, he was thorough to make sure I wouldn't have any lapse in coverage too. Looking for Insurance can be tough. I came here with hope of saving money. Instead I was deceived with a first initial good looking quote followed by a raise of my rates the next month. When questioned Marc plays the victim and you'll be going back and fourth with him and the insurance provider, both pointing fingers on each other. If you've had enough and want to cancel he'll make sure you stay on auto pay and still pay for the services you will no longer be using. As far as finding insurance, they do well. However, be sure to ask a lot of questions, verify everything and get things in writing. Had a little problem with them on changing insurance companies; they were unwilling to resolve the problem. I was with a major insurance company for many, many years. I was in All Nevada Insurance with a friend who was getting new insurance. Just for the heck of it I asked for a quote for my autos. I was SHOCKED to see how much money I was wasting over years.
