When I arrived, Jeannie was very friendly and walked me through the process. She has many years of experience, and I could really tell that she wanted to tailor my massage to me. Because the Groupon is strictly for the aromatherapy massage, she focuses on the whole body, but she definitely spent extra time trying to work my shoulders and upper back (even though she didn't have to) because I said that they were bothering me.
