I have searched near and far for a massage place that dose not leave me stiff and sore. This place is an experiance on its own. Natalie is amazing in every way, she asked if I had any injuries and where it hurts, she is so professional and kind, she makes you feel so comfortable too with a warm blanket, soft music, comfy clean fresh little place! I relocated to Dallas a few years ago and have had difficulty finding the right sports massage therapist. I probably went through a dozen different therapists over the past two years, but I finally found the perfect one (Sydney Hobbs). Now that I'm close to 40, it has been harder for me to take a "tough it out" approach when it comes to injuries. My aches and pains just don't heal as quickly, and I've been turning to sports massages as a remedy to help my body recover from exercising. You can only do so much with stretching and foam rolling. I couldn't be happier with Sydney's approach and treatment. She has a very warm personality and made me feel welcome right from the start. She also spent a lot of time trying to better understand my aches and pains, my fitness routine, and my recovery process in order to create the best possible treatment plan. On top of an excellent 90 minute session where she applied the right amount of pressure and helped with my trouble spots, Sydney also offered great advice on how to keep the recovery going (offering great stretching exercises, hot baths, etc). I'll continue to use Sydney for treatment, and I highly recommend her services. One note - don't come in expecting a relaxing massage that you may expect at a 5 star resort (these are a waste of time and money in my opinion). I made an appointment with my massage therapist, Natalie, on Friday and very glad I did. I suffer from low back pain from an old injury I had a few years ago and Natalie really helped it feel better. I did the 2 hour intro rate and felt I got a great sports massage at a great price. It was easy to make an appointment on the website. She does really well listening to your body to know if something is too much pressure or not and also helped me stretch out areas to really loosen the muscle in order to get a better treatment. I am so grateful that I found and tried Sydney. I am a hairstylist and deal with ongoing muscle tension/pain. I've long had neck and muscle pain and the only benefit I got from the chiropractor I saw was learning that ice packs really did help. On a cruise, I was in pain and sprung for the outrageously expensive spa massage, but that introduced to what deep tissue massage could be in terms of therapeutic benefits. When I returned home, I went looking for a similar experience. I was lucky to stumble on Natalie as she can not only offer that type of massage, but has training in Kineseology, as well as clinical (therapeutic), and sports massage so is able to include stretches and other techniques not in traditional massage, that have lasting benefits. I did some physical therapy separate from this, but the combination of exercises learned there and regular massage has me in much better shape. read more

Finally I found one place to get my passion relief. Bye bye back pain. Natalie spent slow time to go over every ailment,my reports and explained the reason and causes which allowed me to tell her more info. She frequently checked with me on the pressure and pain point. She wasnt focusing on the pain area, but on the nerves and muscles to increase the blood flow or hn knot it. I could feel the blood flowing through. At one point I feel thirsty and heat through my neck coz of the blood flow that was the issue, before I could tell her, she held the head and massaged the nerve to manage it. Felt like Natalie was yanking them to do their job. First time in years I woke up with no pain and well rested sleep. Will definitely go back to her. Her massage is more than just pain relief, she gave homework to sustain it understanding my stress, job and lifestyle. The only disappointment is it took me so long to do my due diligence in finding this place. Natalie is amazing!!! I did the two hour intro massage and it was well worth it.
