He was able to detect issues without me even having to tell him which made me super confident about wanting to go back to him. The adjustments have resulted in my headaches being much improved, and my neck and shoulder area are much less tense and have way more flexibility in my hip area too. Not only is he nice, but his front office staff are lovely too, so the whole experience has been really comforting, and is why I go back! Definitely glad to support this local business.

I had my first session of the "emsculpt"- like treatment and division focused on my power outer thighs and lower belly. Not bad for a newbie. I started with a low frequency on the belt and increased it a bit later on (10 mins into the 30 min session). My thighs were better suited for a higher frequency. All in all, it was not bad. I'm not sure if it's my imagination, but the bump on my left thigh went down significantly. I'm looking forward to future sessions.

I also just went back in for some filler in an "angry" line that I have had forever and she tamed that down and also got some other lines on my face that are now gone. Everyone is so nice and making appointments and using points and everything that goes along with the admin side is simple and easy. Can I give 10 stars? :)

Before I paid, the manager Nina approached me and sincerely apologized for my previous experience regarding the air quality in the facility. I truly appreciate that she acknowledged my feedback and took the time to address it. It made me feel valued as a client. I've been coming to this Relaxing Station location in Bothell and will continue to do so as long as I'm in the area. I appreciate their effort to listen, improve, and take care of their clients. I still would like to push them to update the photos and/or names of their massage therapists on the monitor for familiarity and security reasons.

Physical pain and emotional frustration have taken over my life. I was able to get in to Kirkland Therapeutic Massage two days ago for an appointment and I'm so glad I did! I saw Jonathen and he worked some serious magic. Not only did I get off the table feeling better and looser, but I was able to play in my volleyball game that same night! Yes, I was sore the next morning, but that was "good soreness" instead of handicapping pain. I recommend this place to anyone needing a superior massage! Relaxation, deep tissue, sports, or (like in my case) injury treatment massage, they seem to offer it all. I'm so grateful to these guys!!

Once she came in, she would start and stop massaging periodically and leave the room. I'm pretty sure the door was left open during those times. She also answered the phone during my massage scheduling someone else to come in. About 20 minutes in, she tapped me on the shoulder and said she was busy and they were going to have someone else come in. When she left the room, she definitely left the door partially open because I looked. I'm lying there with the the blanket pull down my back my back and the door is open. Once the massage started with the second person it was an OK massage. When I went to pay, I handed him cash and he asked how much I was tipping. Typically they give you your change and then back and then you tip but that was not the case. The was absolutely expected. I go to foot massage places often and this is definitely the strangest experience I've ever had and I will not be going back here.

The place looks recently renovated. Spotless and cent free.

My mother-in-law was a loyal member for approximately 10 years, paying around $100 every month. As her health declined, she was no longer physically able to use the massage services she had continued paying for. By the time we contacted the franchise, she had accumulated more than $10,000 in prepaid massage services. While going through her records, we also discovered more than $4,000 in prepaid Massage Envy gift cards that had been purchased over the years. To their credit, the franchise waived the transfer fees on her accrued services and granted a one-time extension to use them. We genuinely appreciated that accommodation. When we later requested one additional one-year extension so those already-paid-for services could be gifted to the nurses who cared for my mother-in-law and helped build our family's business for nearly four decades, ownership denied the request and informed us that no further accommodations would be considered. We were told this was the franchise owner's final decision. This review is not about asking for free services or special treatment. Every massage and every gift card had already been paid for. We simply hoped the company would show additional compassion for a loyal customer who had invested well over $14,000 with their business and, because of serious illness, was unable to use what she had purchased. Every business has the right to enforce its policies. Consumers also have the right to know how those policies may be applied when life takes an unexpected turn. If you're considering a long-term membership, I encourage you to fully understand what happens to your prepaid services if illness or other unforeseen circumstances prevent you from using them. Our family left this experience disappointed--not because we expected something for free, but because we had hoped loyalty and compassion would matter.
