I had been looking for a business that could help with getting all those knots out of my neck and shoulders, and was able to get my appointments with Brent. He has been using deep tissue, warm towels and patience in getting rid of a lot of the knots that have been nagging me for a long time. My headaches have improved, and my overall mobility feels better. If you want to get rid of years of stress pains, or perhaps recovering from injury, I highly recommend Brent. He really wants to help you feel better which I appreciate very much, and tailors the massage to how your body feels on a given day. Definitely happy to support this local business. I was gifted a massage at 360 Massage and I'm always a little nervous about trying a new massage place. You just never know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! Brent was my masseuse and did a wonderful job. He asked what I wanted him to focus on and he actually listened. Sometimes massages feel like a routine- not a customized experience but Brent provided just that! All of the lotions and oils smelled wonderful. Can't say enough good things! I had a great massage with Brent! I came in with a lot of knotted muscles and tense and constricted tendons, so the kneading out of all my knots and "problem areas" wasn't a walk in the park for me. But it was necessary. And Brett definitely knows his stuff; I've never known a massage therapist to isolate specific muscles the way he did. I liked how the table was warm, and the music was soothing, and the towels were super hot! I also appreciated how Brent showed me some therapeutic stretches to do afterwards, going forward. WOW. I developed what felt like the start of a pinched nerve in my neck during the day on Monday. I googled massage places and saw that not only did 360 Massage have late night appointments that would allow me to have a massage after work, but they also had a 20% discount for a last minute appointment on top of their new customer discount! I booked as soon as I could but missed the window to do a 90 min massage and settled for 60 mins instead. The building is nice, good parking garage. A little annoying that you have to get buzzed in, but I'm happy that their location is pretty quiet so you can enjoy a peaceful massage. I was greeted by Brent at the door of the building. He led me up to the office where I would receive my massage, I handed him my prefilled paperwork and off we went! I've never had a male massage therapist before, so I was a little apprehensive, but Brent was AMAZING. When I told him I was a horseback rider, he knew exactly where my problem areas were and went right to work on loosening those up. He had just the right amount of pressure - honestly a little painful, but that's how I prefer it (no pain no gain) - and was so very thorough!! When I mentioned that I had wanted to do a 90 min he immediately offered to extend it since it was evident I needed it and I was the last appointment of the day. He even continued to work 10 mins past the 90 mins - above and beyond! He was very careful with my pinched nerve area and definitely helped speed up the healing process there. After the massage had finished, I felt relaxed and sore (good sore!) and so very impressed by how thorough and attentive Brent was with my needs! Be very, very cautious if you're buying Groupon vouchers for 360 Massage. Back in 2017, I bought three vouchers because the system allowed me to do so. When I showed up for my third scheduled appointment, not only was there literally no one in the office, but when I made contact, I was told they wouldn't honor my voucher and to get my money back from Groupon. Decided to give them another shot this month; their system recognized my email address and this was the response I received: "I see you have changed your mind about scheduling with us. Please refer to the 6/28/17 email. We are not sure if you have forgotten this email or the name of our company. However, we have not forgotten you and would prefer that you schedule with another company. We are cancelling your 12/13 appointment. Please get your credit back from Groupon. I had a very nice massage with Erin. The sign for 360 Massage is kind of hidden. When you pull into the parking lot, it's just a small, back-lit text sign. Don't walk around back like I did to where the sign is, instead, walk into the women's clinic and sit in the chairs. The women's clinic is actually the lobby for the massage studio. Shortly after you come in, you're given a clipboard where you write down some information about yourself and there's even a diagram of a person where you can circle where you hurt. The massage was excellent. She targeted the areas that were giving me trouble. This is the first massage I've had in awhile that's left me sore the day after - which is a GOOD thing. She got out all of the knots and stress built up. My only issue, and this is why 360 Massage is given 4 instead of 5 stars is that the rooms aren't sound proof. The massage room is right next to the lobby and you can hear the non-stop talking of people waiting to see the doctor and the employees for the women's clinic. A massage should be a very relaxing experience. I found myself unable to completely relax due to the loud people outside. After the massage, I was given a piece of chocolate by Brent. A great way to end a little "me" time, if I do say so myself. read more

Erin is a thorough professional and does an amazing job, especially targeting the problem areas. My husband had a massage with Brent and he had only good things to say about the massage and Brent! Instant Improvement After Each of Three Visits A wrong movement at the gym left me with a "kink" in my neck, which resulted in limited head motion, pain radiating down my neck and back, and into my arm, with tingling and numbness in my forearm, hand and fingers, with resulting discomfort, tossing and turning at night, etc. While I was growing old waiting for a referral from my insurance company, my girlfriend booked my first appointment with Adrien (360 accepts many insurance plans - just not mine), and I am so happy she did!!
