My experience with…read morePickering and company has been ongoing unfortunately because they bought out a property that I formerly resided and what seems to be the issue in most cases of dealing with them is communication. Once Pickering and company bought out this building, I tried communicating with them multiple times to get in touch about my monthly lease agreement and they were either closed or not very helpful always saying to come back and never clarifying any of my questions or answering any phone calls. It wasn't until I went to the stand alone building several times and spoke with the older caucasian woman at the desk that I was actually helped. She was great but the company she works for is not. I have since moved out of that apartment building since 2022 and until 2024 I continues to receive emails from them about a bill that I OVERPAID since I did not have access to my leasing portal and was moving out with two other roommates at the time because I just didn't want any problems at my leasing office or with the company in regards to billing. Anyways, calling them is a waste of time, go up there if you have any questions or concerns and come with the receipts and paperwork like I did. The best thing about dealing with the company has been the severance between me leasing under them and it haunts me how much time I spent going back and forth and getting headaches trying to reach out to them in efforts to resolve any issues with my apartment especially since I was a busy college student working two jobs ad overly stressed.

We did have a couple issues after our survey with an overlap in the deeds and a fence on a portion of our yard.
