My client and I were treated very poorly by Debbie. They did a survey for my client less than two…read moreyears ago and when the client asked to have their pool tied in as an improvement on the survey, she refused and told them they will just charge them for a brand new survey. We did not expect it to be done for free, but it's totally unreasonable to be charged the same price as a brand new survey. She then proceeded to question my commission on the home that I am helping this client with, comparing that to the commission she wanted to double up on by charging them for a whole new survey. Then, she told us we couldn't talk to the surveyor himself to have him further explain why he can't just tie in the pool. Avoid this company if you're looking for people who stand behind their work and aren't just worried about making a quick buck.

Quality of work - they essentially did very little. They put out no new markers at all on one side of the property. Customer service - awful. The office manager Eleanor was rude when I called to find out if it had been done yet. Claimed it had been finished last week (see no new markers and the fact that my Husband had been out there the entire last week) and when I asked if I could come to the office to get a copy, flat out said no. She had mailed it the previous week and it was my fault for not telling her I would be in the area. Beware of this company. They are awful
