The reason I'm writing this review today is because I called them for a minor repair I could not do because of a medical reason. It was an easy, quick job that I needed done. I just could not do it myself. They showed up and took care of it. There are still some good people out there and Baker Brothers employees some of these people. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.
