First year I had to call for warranty 3 times because incorrectly installed boards were popping out ( and they still are). For this pricing quality is simply not there. Last year 2024 in March person came in and evaluated the "hump" for warranty repair and they were ghosting me ever since. My last resort is the court so be warned!

Once again, the crew used my recommended 3 5/8 lag screws along with their 3 1/2 inch screws to ensure runners will not easily separate from the 4X4 posts.
