EDIT: the owner has responded to this review on google and said that I left this review for the wrong location but that is absolutely NOT TRUE. It was THIS location and it was this business owner that treated me as I described in the review below: Do not by ANY means go to this location. The owner is unhinged and unnecessarily disrespectful. Bad customer service is one thing... This guy took it to another level. I came in with my package and asked if I could weigh it and he refused, then I asked him about printing out the label because I had a prepaid label and most shipping places of any kind have printers and will gladly print something for you. He immediately had an attitude, said he didn't have time to do me any favors and it wasn't his problem that I didn't print it somewhere else before coming. That was literally his FIRST response. It seems like he has gotten in arguments with people about printing things in the past and immediately came with this argumentative energy that had nothing to do with me but still wanted to argue anyways. My first response back to him was that I could happily pay him for the print because my car is in the shop and took a rather expensive Uber just to bring this package to his store. (There's no where else near by) He then immediately started going off about how it's not his problem that I took an Uber and he doesn't care and he doesn't have time to print the label for me and called me entitled for asking. I didn't come in there thinking that we were gonna have a fight or a problem. it had nothing to do with the print, it had to do with the way that he was talking to me, condescending, insulting, and acting like a victim because I asked him about paying him to print the prepaid shipping label. If you're gonna say no, then say no, but he threw out all these unnecessary comments and rude remarks and started raising his voice. That man was just ready for a fight. and it turned into a full-blown argument where he started cursing at me. Eventually I started yelling back as well but initially I was trying to reason with him and he was not reasonable. As somebody that's owned multiple businesses I have never in my LIFE dealt with somebody that was so quick to be so disrespectful to a customer, who's asking completely normal questions at a shop for packages. After multiple disrespectful remarks, cursing, and him just making the whole situation completely exhausting and unnecessary, he eventually said there was another print shop up the street that will print and take UPS drop offs. HE LIED. There was no such shop up the road, he purposely said that to have me wandering the streets on foot aimlessly looking for a place. I searched on multiple browsers on my phone and didn't find this shop and had walked for maybe 45 minutes and realize that there was nothing within a 3 mile radius and I was gonna have to take another Uber. The fact that he lied just to waste my time on top of his disrespect and yelling was one of the most unhinged reactions to asking for a print I've ever had in my life. I'm a person who uses my phone for everything. Unfortunately I left my phone on the hood of my car and drove off. Once I realized what happened I doubled back and noticed that several cars must have ran over it. I needed to be at a job interview and all of the information was on my phone. I drove over to 360fixx to see if it could be salvaged. They had my phone back up and running in less than 20 minutes. I'm now a customer for life! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 2. I wish we would have read the reviews before going. This would have saved us a lot of time and effort. 1. My boyfriend went here on Saturday and got his iphone screen replaced. It was cracked but still working. It was also missing a home button. The owner quoted him at $60. When he returned to pick up the phone, the owner charged his $75... he explained it was $15 extra for the home button replacement, and the he forgot to include that in the quoted price. He refused to honor the quoted price of $60 and even told us he could remove the home button if we couldn't "afford" the additional $15. It was about the principal, he should have honored the quote he gave us. We just paid the $75 because it wasn't worth the hassle. 2. Not even 3 hours after getting the phone screen fixed, my boyfriend was watching a video on his phone and his phone got really hot, he dropped it and it landed on my leg leaving 2nd DEGREE BURNS! I had blisters and skin peeling of and the phone immediately stopped working. Due to the labor day holiday we had to wait until he was open again on Tuesday. 3. Tuesday/Today (Day 4 without a phone)...we brought the phone back in and explained to the owner what happened. He said it wasn't his fault. When he opened the phone there was a lose screw that had melted between the battery and the screen which is what caused the issue....so who would have put the screw there, because my man and I certainly didn't open the phone and replace the screen???... Needless to say, he refused to take ownership but fixed the phone and replaced the screw and battery, we refused to pay and he didn't give us to much of a problem. I find it interesting and a little shady that he didn't charge us if he claims it wasn't his fault. ALL IN ALL: Save yourself the trouble and stay clear from this shady business. My guess is, he misquotes, nickels and dimes you, and then purposely fixes it wrong so you have to return and spend more money. I truly believe the ONLY reason he didn't attempt to charge us the second time was because of how big of a scene we made. read more

I went to this "business" facility to pick up my wish package. Mind you I've driven over 5 miles to pick up a one dollar item. I didn't want to drive another time. I know I was being assertive and asking different ways to help them find my package since wish computer was down. The older male was listening in and shaking his head meaning I am not going to get my package regardless of what I said. The younger male was not even making an effort to find my package regardless what I offered. It was all good until the younger male tells me "do you think that you're better than me"? meaning in finding the package. That's it. I've had enough. I went there yesterday to get my phone unlocked and the owner had the absolute worst attitude ever before I could even ask question he offered rude responses then said it would take A FEW HOURS took a whole day and he didn't finish it and cursed at me calling me all kind of verbally assaulting names and I hadn't said one disrespectful word to him. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made a Yelp account for the sole purpose of writing this review to warn others to NEVER go to 360Fixx. I brought my iPhone 5s in to get the screen replaced, and not only did it take the guys at 360Fixx over THREE HOURS to replace my screen, but they also returned the phone in worse condition, with the headphone jack BROKEN. 1. The guys at 360Fixx first replaced my cracked screen with another screen that was also cracked. WTF I am not paying $100 for you to put a cracked screen on on my phone?! 2. The guys agreed to put a non-cracked screen in, but after doing this, the "Home" button would no longer recognize my fingerprint, and the colors on my phone screen were completely abnormal. The 360Fixx guys claimed that the phone looked fine and that it was impossible to replace the screen and still keep the finger-print recognition. This is complete BS--I took the phone to another repair place AND the Apple store for a second & third opinion, and was told that the finger recognition should still work, and that the colors on my phone were indeed completely off. 3. Brought my phone in to 360Fixx a second time to either get my $100 back or get my phone fixed once and for all. The guys at 360Fixx replaced my screen, but returned the phone to me with a BROKEN head phone jack so that I could not listen to music. I brought this to their attention, and the guys accused me of lying and said the headphone jack wasn't working when I brought the phone in. This was completely false. PLEASE do not bring your business to 360Fixx. The guys that work there are disrespectful liars, and this place should be put out of business. I purchased a Groupon to get my phone screen fixed, my phone was cracked, the front camera and speaker didn't work. The Groupon was only for the cracked screen. He fixed my camera and speaker for Nothing. In a nickel and dime kind of world we live, he could have charged me but he didn't. I'm so grateful for 360Fixx, they've been a lifesaver. The gentleman fixed my phone in a timely manner. He was able to squeeze me in even tho he was swamped. When my phone was ready I received a courtesy call to pick it up. The manager/ owner (old man in glasses) is terrible with customer service!!! I had to go back 3 different times to get him to fix a screen that wasn't performing correctly.... On the third time he said my phone was the issue and still charged me for a screen replacement on a broken phone, with out my permission...When called and asked to fix he said it is what it is and he doesn't do refunds, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I had my laptop crash, they replaced it with a hard drive that was compatible with my computer, GB way lower n ghz as well. 95$ was the cost which is almost as much as a whole new computer! 4 months later it crashes again!!! I take it back to tell him they replaced with wrong hard drive in first place and to fix what they messed up. The whole time he is acting as if he doesnt even know what a GB or ghz is... Calls me to tell me it's ready two days later. I go to pick up and he replaces the hard drive and is trying to charge me 80$! I never agreed to any extra costs. I did not approve of this "fix". I said I wanted him to just fix what they messed up in first place I wasn't paying just give me my old hard drive and I will take my business elsewhere. He gets very angry and tells me fine he will get to it when he is ready. It was his world in there and he isn't no slave! What are you serious?? I said I wasn't leaving without my property.
